Clear communication, good product, reasonable shipping times.

From first contact, a question asked on a Facebook ad, the customer service was second to none. I'm usually wary about buying from Facebook, but the speed & content of replies gave me confidence to order. Delivery was fast with order tracking at every stage. Haven't actually opened package, as it's a Christmas present for my son, but if it's anywhere near the standard of the customer service, I'll be very happy.

Ordered multiple paintings shipping to multiple addresses. Customer service responded immediately (on a Saturday no less!) to help ensure proper info and gift wrapped as a courtesy! I can’t wait to receive and paint!

Update @4pm PT, 12/20/2025 - They continue to make excuses in their replies, and I have never received the final canvas art design. They never informed me about a refund or provided a return label. Rather than emailing me directly to explain the situation, they continue the conversation here and attempt to shift the blame onto me. I have all records of our conversations.

Your business practices are unacceptable. I will report potential copyright infringement to Shueisha and Aniplex.

This company is an absolute scam. They sent me a painting kit (Demon Slayer: Sound Hashira at Peace – Anime Painting Kit) with simplified eye details and an incorrect eye color. I contacted them via email, but they never attempted to issue a refund. Instead, they only revised the coloring instructions and did not address the simplified eye details at all.

I also pointed out that there was no mention of any simplification on the product page. They repeatedly said they would send replacement products, but eventually told me they would provide a return address without a return label. They do not operate a business in the U.S. and appear to be attempting to scam customers.

My delivery went missing BUT it appeared shortly after and the team was very helpful in assisting me, offering to send a replacement.

The order took longer than expected to arrive but the customer service was helpful and responsive. The item arrived in good condition with all required pieces. Brushes are of good quality and paint is very pigmented (light colours require two coats of paint). It will take several days to complete the project, so worth the price tag. Overall very happy with the product.

Even though part of my order came missing, I giving 5 stars because the company handled it extremely quickly and with outstanding customer service. Within less than one hour of my email stating some of the order was missing, I received an email back, and then my items were shipped by the next day. Incredibly responsive and polite customer service. The paintings are really cool and good quality too.

Made purchase of 3 pieces, had issues with two of them which was my fault for buying diamond paintings rather than them being paint by numbers. Talked to support, responded timely and helped me replace and resolve the issue. Was pretty amazed with customer service. I had my doubts they would help but they went above and beyond. Ty oenart!

Got sent a package that was crushed by shipping. Started getting with support yesterday and have a new one shipped today, after explaining my situation to them. They do seem to be trying to have it here for Christmas too.

Oenart's customer service is OUTSTANDING! I hate to say that as we've gotten away from actual human interaction, customer service has gone down the drain so it was refreshing and hopeful to deal with a company who actually cares about it's customers. I had a minor issue and really wasn't expecting help but Oenart went above and beyond to help me! I'm excited to receive my order even if it's technically not for me and I'll be looking to purchase from Oenart in the future.

Wait for over two weeks, and I get a delivery failure notice saying my address is wrong. I've never had issues with my address with other delivery services. After almost 4 days of waiting with customer service through email, they ask me to ask for redeliver attempt directly with the delivery service???!!! Was hoping to get this in time for Christmas as something to do with my husband but so disappointing.

Update:
Bumping up to four stars, since customer service continued communication with me to make sure I got my package. Response time can be improved, still. And need better delivery provider.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was from packaging to quality. I ordered a smaller paint by number and am shocked by all the little details. Next time I order, I'll definitely go with a bigger size for an easier time.

Excellent product, I've done several paints, fast to dry, easy to paint, I have them hung all over my apartment, one time I got a different paint than the one I ordered, contacted curtomer services and they reply and follow up until I got what I ordered, they show a great care about my requests and the product, totally recommended and they look so good on my walls.

Very disappointed with the service and value. First off purchased from Australia. Price was quoted in USD without taking into account conversion rates so felt quite ripped off. Ordered 6 paintings with 6 frames. All six paintings was crammed into 2 boxes with one box damaged on arrival. Paying over $300 and I couldn’t get one box for each order so I could wrap them individually as Xmas presents. I wrote to Oneart and they just brushed it off with no replies. Frankly very super disappointed and would never buy from Meta ads ever again. Especially from Oneart. Ripped off and worst customer service ever!

Beautiful, easy to follow

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and they were able to catch it and fix it before the order was processed. The product was good quality, and my nephews loved the designs.

The company is extremely deceptive. They don't indicate where it ships from (but it's China) which creates huge shipping and delivery delays. They never say when it's arriving just that it's "on its way" and it takes way longer than expected. Additionally, I'm not an artist and their marketing photos make it look like the more expensive version comes with a traditional frame that goes on the outside like you'd normally insert a painting or picture into. However, that's NOT what they consider a "frame" despite what their pictures show. The more expensive "framed" version simply means that the canvas is pre-stretched over the wood "frame" that's behind the canvas rather than stretching it yourself. I don't recommend this company at all!

I Love this Company! First of all, they provide such a wide array of Beautiful and
Unique Canvases to Paint. And they are at a reasonable price point. Secondly, their Customer Service is unmatched! When I had an issue with some paints that came with my project, they have gone above and beyond to help me remedy the situation and be able to complete my canvas. To say I am Grateful puts it mildly, my Appreciation for their products and their customer service is not measurable. They have treated me with Kindness and the Utmost Respect. This is the type of company we should be doing bussiness with! I will definitely purchase from them again!

I'd ordered some presents for Christmas and had made a stupid mistake with my order. They were extremely helpful and helped me rectify it all. The kits looks great and looking forward to helping my sons with them. We had the build your own frames. The only criticism I have is perhaps the packaging could be a bit more robust as the wooden frame was poking out one of the packages.
