Great options but wish it was higher quality than they appear
Love the many selections. Ordering was easy. The website is amazing and makes the product look very premium.
But I am surprised that the packaging that arrived was nowhere near premium. I ordered 4 but received two boxes. It turns out each box has 2 kits. The canvas cutting was jagged, leaving some edges frayed. The size was about 1 cm smaller than advertised on both dimensions. Shipping was very slow and tracking was useless. I wish shipping information was more prominent before ordering.
The kits are good for Sunday morning activities, but low packaging and print quality is definitely not worthy of gifting people.

I had a great experience with Oenart. Although my painting took over a month to arrive, the customer service team was exceptional throughout the wait. They reached out to the carrier on my behalf and stayed in constant contact with updates. They were always polite and very accommodating once the order arrived. Highly recommend them for their professionalism!

My mistake, good service
I ordered some kits for my kid for Christmas. When I received it, I noticed I made a mistake as I hadn't realized in choosing the filters that it included different kinds of paintings (the website doesnt do 2 filters: I couldnt chose both painting by numbers and the chosen animated). So I had 2 kind of paintings. I wrote to the company and they rushed to deliver 2 other paintings and they even offered me a discount even if it was my mistake. Really happy with their service and so far with the products! And my second delivery arrived just in time!!

Ordered a couple of prints for my kidsâŠ
Ordered a couple of prints for my kids for Christmas. They were running late so I contacted customer service. They were fantastic and keeping me updated on its progress and doing everything they could to get it as quickly as possible. Iâm very grateful for their service and they did a wonderful job keeping me updated. I was pleasantly surprised with the effort. I will gladly order again. And the product is awesome.

I ordered on 12/10/25 and it's now 12/24/25 and my order is still states away. If you are reading this please do not do business with oenart. Please check their return policy. This business is a scam as they are trying to make consumers cover the cost and time of shipping items in from china. Just buy from amazon/walmart/etc/becuase you will get your item fast and you can return it.
I asked to cancel my order and to receive a refund since I won't have it in time to give as a christmas gift to my child and they are blaming anything and everyone else. Here's what they wrote to me:"nfortunately, once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of our products being made on demand specifically for each customer. Please know that this situation is out of our control...Thank you for your understanding, and I appreciate your patience during this busy season."
This is a really poor business model and even poorer business practice to blame anything and everyone else. You can't ship something to a cusomter in less than two weeks??? That's crazy in today's world and is indicative of what the real motivation is.
Also, I didn't see anything on the website when I was purchasing that items would come from china or that shipping may not arrive by christmas. This is unaccaptable.
Anyone wishing to shop with oenart has been warned.
Update 12/28/2025: Still haven't received the items. Do not shop with Oenart.

To clarify our process, each kit is custom-made on demand, which requires 2 days for processing plus a typical 12-day delivery window. During the holiday season, international custom clearance can unfortunately add several days to that timeline, which is a factor outside of our direct control. Because each canvas is printed specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns for resale, but we understand how upsetting this timing is for your child's gift.

Some of the best customer service I have experienced.
So a little backstory. I ordered a kit for my daughter for a Christmas gift around the beginning of Dec and as happens I received the wrong kit.
I contacted Oneart immediately, and after a couple back and forths between us, with photos etc. by the next afternoon they had dispatched the correct kit which I received yesterday. It took around two weeks which is incredibly fast for my neck of the woods.
I'm very excited for her to receive the kit and I am very impressed with the customer service team.
The kit looks lovely i can't wait to see how it turns out for her. It came very nicely packaged- rolled so there are no creases to deal with and lightly colored printed guide of the art on the numbered canvas to help with color placement. I did order the frame yourself one but I didn't look to see how difficult that part will be so I can't comment on that part. I think she will have a lot of fun doing this and I am quite tempted to order one for myself.
