I thought I ordered paint by numbers but instead received diamond paintings. So frustrating!

Been looking for anime paint by numbers and these are great! I love that each piece came with their own set of brushes. The paint wasn't dried out. This also makes a great gift for craft friends who just want to paint without thinking

The only reason I give it a 4, instead of a 5, it’s because when you order it, you don’t realize that it’s coming from outside the country so it takes nearly 2 weeks to get it. I think telling somebody upfront that it’s gonna take a while for delivery is probably much better than sitting here, just expecting it to be delivered and the tracking system needs to be better. The tracking system even said that it was out for delivery and it still took it a day and a half to get there. If I knew it was coming from another country I would’ve ordered way earlier.

of all the paint by numbers companies and kits I have looked at or purchased Oenart has the best quality. the canvas's are thicker and easier to work with, they come rolled up so no creases. The paint pots are pre labeled and individual paint pots with screw top lids and store better. I will definitely purchase more from this company in the future.

I had some issues with my delivery, but it was due to the local carrier service and not Oenart themselves. Oenart customer service was very responsive to my delivery issues when I contacted them about the third party carrier they used in the US. While it was out of their control, they were very responsive to my emails unlike the carrier when I tried to reach out them directly with delivery instructions. They tried their best to relay the issues onto the carrier. So that I did appreciate. Outside of the delivery issues, I thought shipping time was reasonable. I just started on the first painting I purchased and so far I like the quality of paint - it's not dry like most others and the quantity is relatively decent from what I can see so far.

The image of the paint by numbers advertised on the website is much higher resolution and quality than the final paint by numbers canvas. Major detail is missing compared to what is advertised online. This is fundamental false advertising and consumers must be made aware. This borders on grounds for shutting down Oenart

Every art piece I got, I loved it. I'm so happy with everything purchased and will definitely purchase more in the future.

This is a great product. Customer service was excellent.

The paintings arrived within a 3-week period, considering the holidays. I received good updates on the package's location. I ordered 3 sets of Spy x Family and requested the DIY framing kit. The kit arrived safely, and the framing instructions were available on the webpage.

It was a bit tricky to set up, and I found it a bit flimsy, but after some trial and error, I got it working. The paint was okay – one color was dry, but adding water fixed it. Following the instructions was straightforward, and painting went smoothly. Some colors needed up to 3 layers to cover the numbers, but there was enough paint overall.

Suggestion: adding a smaller reference image of the numbered painting sections to the instructions would be helpful, especially for smaller areas.

I took a photo before starting to document the process, which helped with touch-ups. It took me 21 hours to complete, mostly due to layering lighter colors. Overall, it was fun and I'd recommend it – it's as advertised, good quality. Maybe include a difficulty level for each painting? 😊

Came quickly. Won’t make the mistake of not getting them on the frame again. I struggled stretching my own canvas. Customer Support is great and respond within a few hours. It took me 5 months to finish my first because of work but I look forward to finish the other two. My luffy looks awesome

I enjoyed it! Pictures are lovely, the delivering takes about 10 days, thats ok. I ordered 5 pictures and they all look great. In the set is everything you need. And if you have a problem, the customer support answers emediatly.

I purchased a DBZ artwork that looks amazing for XMAS. I had some shipping issues initially, but Oneart was able to promptly resolve my concerns and reship a new product. They have been amazing with customer service and very responsive, which I’m especially grateful for during the holiday season. I highly recommend this company.

A little slow in arriving but very pleased with product.

I found this company through an ad. The points were amazing. So I chose 4. It took a bit of time to come and when I did receive them I had gotten 1 print that I hadn't ordered and was missing 1 I did. I contacted them and they responded the next day asking to verify. After everything matched up they sent out the proper print. They were great to deal with. We have started 2 of the prints and so far they are looking awesome!! Thank you for the really cool prints. Can't wait to finish all of them and put them up around the house.

My kids love anime so thought of doing their favourite characters for an Xmas present. I found Oenart by chance, and I am so glad I did!

I do alot of paint by numbers, cheap ones expensive ones l, and trust me, not all expensive ones are better. I decided to give these a go and I am so glad I did. The canvas is so much smoother than I am used to getting, so getting a straight line is much easier. The paints are chalky and smooth. The light colours still need a few coats, but is standard for any paint. I personally do a few coats on all colours to ensure full coverage but that's with any company I buy from. I am very happy with the results and my children loved them!

Just waiting on my 2nd order!
