Oceangalaxylight Omdömen 

The galaxy light did not cover the entire room (note the room is not that big) it emits good light but only covers a small area of the room. My bed is in the middle of room therefore had to adjust and find an area to place where it would cover most of the room... other than that its ok...meh...mediocre rather pricey for the quality but not totally bad.

Haven't received product that was ordered a month ago and supposedly shipped 3 weeks ago!

Haven’t recieved my package for Christmas after ordering 1 month ago, never return emails or anything…..do not buy from this company/off of TikTok in my case….I would actually love a refund

Going on four weeks since it was ordered. Still not received. The magic is gone

I’m sure the product would be nice if I had it by now, but it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered and I’ve waited more than their recommended 7 business days shipping and still nothing. Same as others: no tracking number, no customer service response, nothing. Shady company.

Will update review IF I ever get my package.
Ordered 12/12/2021. Rec’d. Text conf that order shipped on 12/14/21, but with no tracking number.
Now it is 12/31/21 and I’ve still not received anything.
I have emailed customer service and I got the typical “due to higher demands at Christmas time, delivery may be slowed…”
So I replied back and asked for the actual tracking number. Which they gave me. But it’s coming from china and as far as I can tell is still IN china. I’m in USA. Soooo. Maybe I will have the Glowing ceiling balls by Easter for my kid. Idk. So far, not happy.

My order never came. I have tried reaching out multiple times, but they haven’t responded. It was a waste of my money and time. I should have never relied on their service for Christmas.

I bought two glow rings. When I finally received them after waiting over a month I found out they look nothing like the picture are hard plastic and barely glow.. I hope this store goes out of business.

Fighting with Swiss Post about Delivery… They say they delivered but nothing came… sorry for the bad review!

Review for ocean light: amazing purchase, really illuminates the room with beautiful colours and wave patterns, the lasers act a lot like stars and work well with the colours. The fade option that cycles through the colours and the option to change the speed of the waves is good feature, as well as the fact that you can mix colours. I however thought there were going to be a lot more colour options, but the original and mixed colours are still pretty. Also thought the projector would be slightly bigger and therefore illuminate the walls fully as well as the ceiling but if you’re in a smaller room and depending on where you place it, you may be able to achieve this effect. The Bluetooth music feature is also good, and the speakers are decent but the lights flashing in time with the music could be better rather than just erratically cycling through all the colours and lasers. Overall, an awesome purchase and addition to any room at night, and does mostly what it says in the tin!

I haven’t received my ocean galaxy light and it’s been three week
