Sadly I ordered a product off of Instagram, I should have known better. This product never came. Their website has changed and now they're selling different products. There is no way to contact them. I emailed them and my email was returned several times. I reported it to the Better Business Bureau and to my bank to get my money refunded

Same. I ordered the underwater projector from Uktrendzone. paid $39.00. I did not receive the one advertised. They sent a small black POS that projects 1 blurry image. Shame on YouTube!!! I'll be blasting YOuTube and this company every way I can. Also calling my credit card co. I see they are avertising on Amazon too. Gonna let them hear about it too.

I have not received projector ordered or even been able to get a message to get through to their site. The shipping info came up with counterfeit postage. I've been dealing with them for 30 days with no response. I'm disappointed that a brain is being wasted with running a scam. Do Not Purchase From This Individual. There really are no stars for this company.

Did not receive the universe / sea life projector item I ordered , all I got was a cheap plastic static USB projector of flowers , total rubbish , tried to contact Uktrendzone by Email but have just been ignored. AVOID them at all costs , they are just rip off scammers.

I regretfully ordered an underwater projector from Uktrendzone. paid $39.00. What a piece of garbage! I cannot get ahold of company. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING ADVERTISED ON YOUTUBE. Shame on YouTube for allowing this company to advertise on their platform. Truly disgusting!

I purchased 2 units and they are GARBAGE. I tried emailing them and got the MAELER-DAMON or whatever back. I want my money returned!

Do not buy from this company it’s a scam, what’s terrible is these companies continue to support these companies knowing that there a scam, I paid through afterpay had I paid through my cc I could have claimed my money back. Do not buy from this company what you receive for your money will go straight in the rubbish.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. What is shown is not what we received.
The product received was smaller and very poorly made. The disks were tiny and would not stay in the small light. It was also about half the size as shown. Could not get a response, but did finally get a refund when i threatened to complain through PayPal.

Scam!!! Thieves!!! They take your money, don't send the product and the emails bounce back. Don't order from this fraudulent website!!!

Is there a -negative star review? Biggest scam ever. If it were not for Sunrise News to advertise it on TV, I wouldn't have bought it. Sunrise unbelievable supports scammers! Appalling, disgraceful disgusting....etc!

Projector is piece of crap. Doesn’t fill a room doesn’t move. It’s simply a picture on the wall. Company says they will refund three times what you pay. Just another sales pitch. A lie that entices one to buy. Then no response to emails, o phone number. I ordered this what I was a bit drunk. Usually I research first but I forgot that I even purchased this. Thank you Bahama Mama. Send her the bill cuz this company ain’t returning squat.

UKTrendzone and other Youtube heavily advertised Chinese made garbage is on the rise. I went to pick up this order from my community mailbox and it was as light as a feather. My gut instinct was already sending me major red flag warnings. Here we go again. First it was the ultra cheap, ultra light and ultra thin plastic, light as a feather Chinese made autofocus glasses I bought on Amazon which is another massive scam operation. Orders now getting lost or delivered to wrong address because the money hungry greedy snakes at Amazon don't give a damn about anyone anymore. Now it 's this sea life projector which is nothing more than a dollar store made piece of plastic garbage barely fit for a new born. Unbelievable piece of garbage. Cheapest, lightest materials with some tiny cut out stars and a spinning ball with a USB plug. Not the quality product shown in the fancy ads of whales, fish, sharks and jellyfish on the ceiling. So disgusted. NEVER WILL BE SCAMMED AGAIN! Almost $100.00 for this junk. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for a 9 year old girl.
I've tried to send e-mails to two separate e-mail addresses, both Mailer Daemon returns. I looked up the company on Google maps, I'll bet it's a fake address also. These criminals are scamming people from every country in US Europe and Canada. I contacted a lawsuit lawyer, we'll see what they have to say. Try contacting a cyber crimes unit police in your area. Be careful of the RCMP, they're just as corrupt.

Scam company. Emails regarding tracking etc bounced back several times.

Trying to retrieve the payment I made from my bank. I have to wait fifteen days though!!! Not good.

UK trend zone is a total scam they took my money I kept asking for a tracking number it kept bouncing back to me no answers please please do not fall for the scam YouTube needs to take them off their page I'm trying to figure out a way to contact them so more people won't get used!

Youtube stop runnimg this scam Uktrendzone on your site. They are taking 40 plus dollars and sending Temu 4 dollar item. The ocen projector. Youtube you are being an accomplish to a scam which is a crime. Pull this add it's a SCAM.

I usually check reviews but did not this time. Bad move all the other reviews they dont have a way to return and the so called projectors remind me of the 10 cent toys I saw in a dime store when I was young.
Shame on this company for not being honest.
As Jesus said forgive them for they no not what they do.

BEWARE, DON'T ORDER FROM Uktrenzone, obviously scammers. I ordered a "Ocean and Starry Sky Projection Lamp" & it wasn't as the TV ad showed, a low-quality piece of JUNK! I tried to email them, to return it with the 2 different email addresses they indicated but neither worked, it kept showing MAILER-DAEMON
Lesson learned, I will definitely check with BBB before purchasing online product.

This is the biggest scam ever ordered the ocean thing that’s supposed to project the ocean and it is nothing at all what they advertised. It’s like a viewfinder with slots you put in it doesn’t move. It doesn’t do anything and it doesn’t even focus horrible and trying to reach them to get a refund is nearly impossible. They have yet to reply. It says the messages undeliverable so huge scam.
