Total scam. I bought a projector mid-December. I still haven't received it (they keep saying they have no stock, but then say they can't refund something that has already been shipped...). I haven't received any refund in spite of multiple requests. Everytime you send an email, they reply saying "We'll get back to you in 48h" but of course, they never do. They have stolen my money and I know I'll never get it back. I wish I could give 0 star. Thieves.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THIS COMPANY SUCKS THE BIG ONE. I ORDERED FROM THEM BACK IN AUGUST AND SOME HOW THEY CANCELED MY ORDER AND MONTHS LATER THEY WERE STILL SENDING ME OUT EMAILS SAYING THE PRODUCT WAS ON THE WAY, IT HAS BEEN ESCALATED TO BE SENT OUT BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN SO LONG. THE PEOPLE THERE ARR NOT DOING THEIR JOBS. THEY REALLY SCREWED UP MY BUSINESS BECAUSE WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS THAT DOES THEME PARTIES AND I NEEDED THE LIGHTS AND DID NOT HAVE THEM AND AT SOME POINT WE HAD TO CHANGE EVERYTHING TO SOME BS PARTY THAT THE CUSTOMER WORKED WITH US ON BUT WE HAD TO TAKE A HIT AND NOW WE WILL EITHER BE A POOR COMPANY AND WE WON'T BE GETTING ANY MORE BUSINESS FROM THEM OR PEOPLE THEY WOULD HAVE RECOMMENDED.

I still haven't received this and it was promised to arrive within 7 business days. I ordered it almost 3 weeks ago.

i really wanted to leave a good review but unfortunately i can’t, it arrived and they were so fun to play with at first, but they wouldn’t fall off the roof once i threw them up. they got dirty really quick and after 2 days of having them, they don’t have much air left in them at all. Not worth the $30 :((

Been waiting a long time

I think it is only fair to update my negative review. I did eventually receive the other item I ordered. The bad news is that it broke within a few times of using. The good news is that Ocean Galaxy Light responded to my email and agreed to send a new item. So it changes my view of them.

Never received the item this place is a scam

I never received my order!! I’ve tried to email & contact for help but there is no help! Beware!

Never received, plus card info was stole after purchase.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. They claim they have shipped my order, but didn't provide a tracking number, and have ignored repeated emails. Don't order from them!!!! I'm disputing the charge on my credit card.

Still have not received product. No response from company. Pitiful. Do not waste time. I will get refund through my bank if company continues to ignore communications😡

It was a unique product - I didn’t realize it would be invisible. Hard to wrap air, for my child. Company is great at emailing me for to advertise more products but has not returned my communications about their product that arrived in a see thru box from a make believe postal service.

Never received the item. Reached out multiple times through email and never heard back. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

I haven’t receive my order. I sent an email, made phone calls but have yet to receive a response. I called my bank to despute the charges on my credit card. If they don’t get a response I get my money back.

Never received my order. It Has been “in transit” for over a month now. This company is a joke

I emailed support and never got an answer
I paid for rush delivery and it was very late
I’m not happy

HAVE NOT RECIEVED ITEM SO WHY EVEN SEND ME AN EMAIL TO REVIEW. DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
