Fantastic products. Regularly, if not daily consumption of the 40g flapjacks as a pre-workout snack with my morning coffee and a hype bar as an on the go snack. Great taste, fantastic value for money... Se mer

Would not recommend. After I purchased around 30 bars I received no email confirmation or invoice. Once the bars arived I was a few of the flavours tasted very bad ( I have tried many protein bars )... Se mer

I recently had the pleasure of trying the protein cookies and brownies from this store, and I must say, they are a game-changer for guilt-free indulgence. These treats not only satisfy my sweet tooth but also provide a wholesome boost of protein, making them the perfect guilt-free snack or post-workout treat.

The Hype bar is No. 1 for me 👍🏻

I was very pleased that the Hype bars were available again. These are by far the tastiest and I really missed having them. I tried another brand whilst waiting for these to come back in stock and although they were good they weren’t as nice 😊

Not a good delivery experience.

The cookies were returned to the sender as they were unable to be delivered. I was not informed and only got to know because I got in touch with the Sender. Not a very good experience with the delivery. But the cookies are delicious. I just think I should have been updated about the problem.

I have to initially I was looking…

I have to initially I was looking forward to receiving and eating the vegan double chocolate cookie. I took the first bite and I really didn't like the taste or consistency! I asked friends and family to try them too, and the reaction was the same, one bite and it was thrown in the bin. I shall be going back to Vive. Sorry!

Subscription and support awful

Set up a subscription for a multipack.

They sent a box with mostly the same flavor bars

When I complained I was told that this was what they did if not all of the flavours were available and to be fair it does say that (in really small writing) but I ordered a multi flavor pack and got sent just 3 flavors I therefore decided to cancel my subscription.

I could not cancel my subscription on their website so I emailed their support who said they had cancelled it for me.

However today I am informed they are going to send me another subscription despite it being cancelled.

I have now cancelled my subscription again but they kept my payment details on file despite telling me I did not actually have an account with them.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.

I have the original email that you sent us when you told us your order was 'entirely wrong'. We quickly discovered that it wasn't wrong at all and you just needed to have a look inside the boxes you did receive. As we informed you at the time, we reuse any boxing we have to make up our variety boxes, to help reduce our environmental impact. In this original email chain, you told us you got a variety box of Hype with four flavours, not the three you claim in your review. I think getting four out of five flavours isn't a terrible thing, especially when we have a note in our description explaining that if a flavour is out of stock it will be made up of favours that are in stock.

With regards to you not being able to cancel your subscription, this was due to the fact we changed the platform our website is on and you would have been sent an account invite to set up a new account on our new website, it would be against GDPR rules to create an account for you.

With regards to receiving emails after you had cancelled your subscription, this seems to be an issue with the 3rd party app that we use for subscriptions, I have spoken with the app company and informed them of the issue.

Once you got in touch with us I replied to you as soon as possible (you sent your messages on 01/01/23, which was a bank holiday and therefore we were not at work. I replied to you on 02/01/23 and looked into everything straight away and removed any details we had for you as you requested.
