Can't get hold of them now that they have to give me a refund.

If live in the United States DO NOT ORDER from this company, I only placed two orders with them, my first order I didn't spend much because I didn't know anything about them and that order was successful, my second order I spent double the money and it never arrived. I contacted customer service to let them know that I hadn't received my order and that it was lost in the UPS tracking system, they emailed me back and basically told me that there's nothing they can do about it and I wasted my hard-earned money. I wanted to be a new customer for this company but instead I'll never order from them again.

Delivery took forever to come and then when you return the items. You have to chase them again for a refund. If I would have not been on top of- they would have kept the money.

Free gift made for good value and order turned around quickly.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received my products. Tracking says it's in a warehouse and they needed paperwork that I cannot provide. I've sent numerous emails requesting an update or a refund with either a generic "we're working on it" response or no response at all. I've contacted my credit card company to hopefully get the charge removed as fraud. Do not recommend ordering from this site.

I absolutely love this company. They have the products I need and can’t find other places. I will continue to do business with them.

I bought supplements from this company and they didn’t get through customs. They will not refund the purchase! If you live in the USA BEWARE!!! Read the fine print.

Sehr enttäuschend! Ich habe zwei Matcha bestellt, aber nur einen erhalten. Trotz mehrfacher E-Mails mit Fotos als Beleg habe ich keine Lösung bekommen – meine Nachrichten wurden einfach ignoriert. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Fehlende Lieferung und mangelnder Service sind absolut inakzeptabel. Ich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen.

They shipped very quickly, it was slightly delayed on delivery a day or so but that was my end deliverer not them!
But it still arrived pretty quickly and it was packed and shipped well.

Awful experience. Ordered 36 of the same drink, milk based and all of which were delivered past their use by date.

They initially sent an “I should have known” email, with no attempt to reimburse, then after 2 weeks of 2 emails (they like to take their time) they offer me a refund along as I cover the cost of returning the 3 x 7kg boxes. I refused, then after another
week long wait asking to raise a complaint they finally fold and send the refund… only to find that they’ve charged me some kind of ‘welcome cut’ for their side? Nice…

It is in quarantine setting in a warehouse - For a lengthy time.

I am very disappointed with my order. They charged me an extra 27,90€ for the border, which was never mentioned anywhere during the purchase process. This hidden cost made my products much more expensive than expected. I feel misled, and I would not have placed the order if I had known about these additional charges. Transparency is very important, and unfortunately, this company failed to provide it.

It has been two months since my shipment was sent without an address. I have been asking either to receive my package or to get a refund, but MySupplementShop has shown no cooperation at all. The local shipping company refuses to deliver it because there is no address, while the seller’s shipping company is also unhelpful. I am left with no package and no refund. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced

I bought 3 tubs of protein. One flavor i have tried is irish creme and it tastes like old rancid peanuts. It is terrible. Nothing like irish creme. Contacted them and they offered me 15% off more. I have been consuming protein powders for 20 + years and this is the worst tasting protein I have ever had. Stay away.
