Ordered my vitamins… took weeks on weeks to get them with zero updates. Finally arrived weeks later and UPS wanted another 50$to give them too me because of tariffs … was neverrrrr told that ahead of time. Will not be ordering from there again

Fast, efficient, and professional, from order to delivery. unfortunately, only downside was the lack of communication regarding the order status, but otherwise everything was perfect. thanks

I ordered turmeric and paid for 2nd day air. It's now 5 days later, never received it. It cost $16.50 for 2nd day air. The supplement store refuses to accept any responsibility, absolutely none. They're blaming ups, stating in their response to my several emails that it's just not their fault and no, they will not refund shipping. I use/ need turmeric for my back and leg pain. Now I've called and continue to wait for a human and I just keep getting a recording stating " your estimated wait time is 1 minute ". I no longer trust " trust pilot ". This place is very clearly not to be trusted. I would like to add that i saved my receipt to my home screen and it is now blank. Something is very wrong with this company and I will continue to get my money back.

Placed an order last week the product stated it would ship that day. A week later I call to find out the product is out of stock. Now their website still shows in stock, but they still do not have the product. Crappy business practice.

There was an issue with the delivery of my parcel (Royal Mail’s fault) Having emailed my Supplement Store, Sam was on the case immediately and resolved the issue in an efficient and friendly manner.

I placed my order four weeks ago and tell now I never received my package. Every time I call their customer service they say, I must wait I’ve been waiting for a month so far and still nothing.

I made a order on Feb. 17th. On Feb. 27, I had to contact to see where my order was cause I have not received it! They said they was out of stock on the order, but never contacted me to tell me or anything, plus took my money! Very unprofessional! Will never use again!

Overall very satisfied with my experience. From the beginning to when my two supplements arrived. Looking forward to purchasing again once I run out. Thanks!

Incorrect item was shipped to me. I was told the warehouse personnel made the mistake and item should be re-package and returned. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Since this was your problem either the correct should be shipped to me or i should receive a refund credit. I emailed a message to your company stating this...no response back.
