Good quick service,initially sent the wrong cover but to their credit i was sent a replacement within a day or so and the wrong one picked up.
Friendly staff and value for money .very apologetic for their mistake and situation resolved..

I ordered my patio set on line AND had a response (phone call) within the hour to arrange delivery Took delivery off it yesterday Driver had set off at 4am and was delivered it just before 9am (phoned me when he was 30mins away) When he arrive What a nice man declined a cup of tea (Yorkshire Hospitality)unloaded my patio set right onto the patio Nothing too much trouble And then he was away on his next delivery

Ordered our new sofa set online with no issues with website. However trying to find out exact day of delivery was a little troublesome. Took a while before we could actually speak to someone on the phone to arrange delivery slot. To cut a long story short we were originally told it would be on Thursday then we were told it was going to be on Friday. On Thursday our new sofa set arrived earlier than planned. Happy days. However on Friday another sofa set arrived which we had to refuse. Overall experience was a little frustrating.

it was really difficult to select seat pads for garden chairs due to no measurements being given. These were easily available when i last purchased Kettler seat pads...... not just reliant on remembering the name of the chair design.... which is difficult after a few years.
Also the picture shown eg slate colour wasn't what arrived .... Sage. Very misleading. Have returned my order.

Love the chairs table and parasol. Bit disappointed they didn't have the base though. It would have set the it off nicely. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars. Good value and quick delivery. Delivery man even offered to put it all in.my back garden
