First time purchase from this company and delighted with the service provided. Usually a bit tentative ordering online from a company unknown to me, however the experience was straight forward, easily navigated and the front arrived promptly with updates throughout.
Would recommend and would use again when needed.

Excellent service throughout!
Excellent service. Placed the order and received a confirmation email. The following day had a phone call to arrange delivery. The furniture was delivered 2 days later, the driver called ahead, was on time and very helpful. Everything was well packaged. Would definitely recommend this company, everything was seamless from placing the order to taking delivery.

Wow, very impressive!
Ordered a BBQ from Oaktree at a more than fair price and they even included some free accessories. I was kept up to date throughout the process and was even given a call to check that the prospective delivery date would work for us.
Very polite and friendly on the phone when I called in to make a query. The delivery driver was nothing short of excellent, a really jovial and friendly guy who helped me get the box round the back with great respect for the property. He's genuinely a credit to the company!
Very impressed with Oaktree Garden Centre on this order and I'll most certainly be recommending you in the future, thank you!

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery.
Some parts arrived with rust, but Dan responded promptly to my email and sent a replacement without delay. The issue was handled quickly and professionally. I’ll definitely buy from Oaktree Garden again — highly recommended!
