Always a great choice of meals and a good variety for most appetites. Staff always friendly and helpful. Sadly had experience of delivery failure on specified day but followed up with later date.

Great variety of tasty meals.
Due to a health condition my dad has only been able to eat pureed food. The level 4 meals have been perfect for him and it’s great to have such a range of meals to choose from. I also ordered a main meal (not pureed) lasagne for my mum which she thoroughly enjoyed. I’ll be ordering more meals for her! Easy to cook and delivery has been very reliable.

I love Oakhouse
I love Oakhouse. They are very friendly, helpful and quick to fix any mistake or error with an order. They are easy to talk to and it's quick to get a person to talk to when you ring.
My only problems are that it's expensive and there are very few lactose free meals and desserts available. I use Oakhouse because of dysphagia and ARFID and their food is easy to swallow, even some of their "actual" food (not puree) I can swallow which is amazing! It gives me a way to keep my calories up because I can no longer eat "normal" food.
I would love more lactose free options! Also delivery is great, they are so friendly and helpful if you need help. And it's easy to order either online or on the phone. There are occasional seasonal vouchers which do help with cost though

Good value
I am getting Oakhouse foods temporarily as I have had surgery and cannot prepare my own food at the moment.
We all have different tastes in food but I find the meals very acceptable in flavour and ease of preparation.
If you want a pudding treat I would recommend the tiramisu. Very tasty!
Over all good value for money.

Prompt delivery of my order. I have had meals from Oakhouse Foods for some time now, sorted out my likes, and always have a stock in. I am elderly, getting frail and I do not always want to cook or go out. Knowing I always have something tasty in is good.
