Every single day 97 Bus didn’t stop, I raised my arm out the driver looked at me and didn’t stop. The bus was in service and it was not full. This isn’t the first time I see this happen to other people all the time their bus drivers take the pass..We buy ticket not free ride their ..one time I see the other side road and the our Asian driver use shirt words ..why you not see to the bus ..bus coming in this side!..brother this is not your business whatever I see you see the person stand on bus stop you have to stop the ..shit driver of the 97 /97A buses mostly the our Asian driver ..who are very rude

We were outside Birmingham New Street for the 82 Bus Service.And I have what a joke that service is.Five number 87's Buses had gone past within 30 minutes of each other.On the 6th number 87 bus we asked the driver if and when the 82 Bus was due to arrive.He then told us that he was going to be the 82 and that he wasn't allowed to change the number from the 87 to the 82 until he reached Colmore Row in Birmingham City.It would be lovely if National Express WestMidlands travel would inform people over 60 who are not computer savvy of new information,My Wife is disabled and we are not happy with your appalling bus service 😠😠😠

Bus didn’t stop, I raised my arm out the driver looked at me and didn’t stop. The bus was in service and it was not full. This isn’t the first time I see this happen to other people all the time their bus drivers take the piss.
£70 a month for a bus pass is expensive…
£70 a month for a bus pass is expensive and then most the time the buses are arriving late or two at a time it’s unacceptable I’ve been late for work many times due to wrong bus timings written and have had it deducted from my wage, why should I have to suffer for a slow bus service? Avoid using twm waste of time and money
This company rips you off
I will never use any National Express bus again. I don't trust any of the miserable drivers as far as I can throw them. One charged me £3.00 to travel a few minutes from Broad Street (Sainsbury's) in Bromsgrove to Catshill. When I checked my transactions on the NE website, I found that the driver had charged me for travelling to Birmingham, Priory Qway, a further 40 minutes up the road from the stop I got off at in Catshill. Before scanning my card, I explicitly stated to the driver that I wanted a single to Catshill. It should not have cost £3.00! This company is full of rip-off merchants.

National express in birmingham services is very bad , the drivers Thougth have a lot of credit on us, and the management is not worthy of stopping the continuous delay ( 45 and 47 buses , and very dirty, I pay a money and they increase it all time

Some bus drivers are rude and cannot communicate. One time I asked for daysafer, he told me to put my card on the device. So I did, then he charged me for contactless. Then told me it's my fault to put the card on the device, if i want a day safer, I'll have to pay extra!
Another time when I asked for daysafer, the driver spoke with heavy eccent, so I asked him to explain what he is saying, he suddenly closed the door, drive really fast and just keep repeatedly shouting what he said before. That absolutely didn't help.

Still utterly utterly useless. Prices have just gone up, still can't offer a service resembling anything remotely decent. Still couldn't organise a p!$$-up in the local Wetherspoons. Every route these clowns operate is late, there are no-shows every day. Poorly planned routes, dirty buses, slow tedious journeys, it takes two hours to travel six or seven miles, unreliable, no integration of timetables between bus routes. Hopeless, sack the lot of them off.

This has been happening for 3 days now. When the bus arrives it opens its doors and the driver didint see me coming in i said can u open the door he said no you’re late. Mate im literally standing in front of the door at the bus station where at the end of the road there is a red light
