Wolverhampton buss Station worst for missing busses timing. Waiting for buss x8 for 15 minutes, at 1828, never arrived. Next buss x8 18 minutes away. People standing, waiting no body cares here.

For a start I used buses for 30 years…

For a start I used buses for 30 years and no longer use them I go by car and taxi. None of what I am complaining about benefits me in the slightest. I have however seen how things have affected people especially shoppers, old and disabled. The 89 was utterly pointless and benefitted nobody. It just means its unusable for shoppers, old and disabled and many others who live up hill towards West Smethwick Park. Anybody now walking to Devonshire Rd stops have less service and its a good 10mins walk to those stops with less service. 89 is too far. People on Stony Lane were already 1 mins walk to 89 stops on Devonshire Rd plus they had 54 and 80 and 87 stops were 4/5mins away. It now means a good 15-20mins to buses for people up hill. People across Smethwick lost links to Galton Bridge and Queens Head as 89 changed 55 took off! 48 running down West Park Rd is pointless hardly anybody needs a bus there and most people need Smethwick High St for shops, temples, job centre, main library and nearer Hawthorns as well as 87 and trains and disability centre. No links to Bearwood or Oldbury from many roads so its an arduous two bus journey or big walk with shopping. People have lost loads of good links all for sake of pandering to a few moaners who cannot sit on a bus for a few minutes. The buses arent serving the general public and despite the email given by NX I am right more people across Smethwick have lost out long run and data on people using buses less backs this up. The walk from Mallin St to 87 and 80 is literally 1 mins I've walked it!. Yet by us on a hill they expect us to walk 15-20mins to a bus! They are hell bent on claiming a short walk is a long walk and a long walk is a short walk. Its bonkers its clear the people creating these routes are in cars and dont have to get two buses or walk loads or carrying shopping. I've walked it and live in the area I know fhs! 🤦‍♂️ I am right TfWM and NX are wrong and should consult with locals before making ridiculous changes! The changes in residential roads are always taken lightly as they only care about main roads that is abundantly clear. The whole point in 48 89 and 54 is to serve the side roads, and they do a crap job! people have 80 and 87 for more quicker direct routes, why cannot people grasp this? 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️😡

So the #9 to Walsall via Bloxwich all…

So the #9 to Walsall via Bloxwich all delayed and now they have now removed the 18:51pm and the next one is @ 19:50pm?????? Bank holiday or not people still needing public transport to get to work. Shocking service......

Where is the outer circle?

Still waiting for the 11A/11C to run as a circle again. The split was a "temporary change" in 2022, 4 years later and the service is worse than ever for reliability and no sign of running circular any time soon, the 100th anniversary of the route is this year so come on, sort it out.

Stared at and still ignored by driver

Trying to catch the 16 bus from Keresley today at around 8am. Bus driver staring at me drove off. People have mobility issues, if they are 5m in front of the bus you should not be driving the bus past them, almost hitting them. I get this bus every morning, normally bus drivers are kind and professional.

Thankfully a stagecoach came 5 min after or I would be later than my schedule. Steep prices should also be supported by quality customer service. If you do not like the public, do something else…drive a truck.

The man this morning is an absolute disgrace.

absolutely pisstake brev

absolutely pisstake. ive been waiting for a good hour ish for a bus that was meant to come. never bloody did. im so fumin it was also meant to be here 4 mins ago still no luck. takes the mick out of me waiting in the freezing cold all because the bus time was wrong. absolute melts.

Absolute joke of a service

Absolute joke of a service. I left my house at 10 and only made it back now at 16:00 because of the disgraceful, poor bus service. The delays are absolutely ridiculous. I had to wait for the 48 bus for nearly an hour and it still didn’t arrive. I ended up having to take another route which took over an hour then on my way home the bus was delayed yet again! No apologies, or anything but the bus drivers just standing around laughing like they’re having the time of their lives. Ridiculous! A day out which was only meant to be 3 hours ended up being 6!

Due to your incompetence I have lost £20 in wages does to being late cause the bus decided to be late over half an hour.
Is there any link you can provide so I can claim my lost money back due to the fact I have been late cause you are incapable of doing your job.

Misinformation on 78A route, Streetly

We live on Thornhill Road, Streetly and our nearest bus stop into Sutton Coldfield is 78A. We can see the buses go past from where we live, however, we haven't seen the 78A bus since sometime in January. There was a diversion around the last week in January until the last week in February because Foley Road East was closed, but there haven't been any buses since. I went and looked at the Burnett Road bus stop today and the old notice is still there saying a diversion from late January until late February, however, it is 9 March now. Surely, if the bus is still diverted, there should be notices up showing the correct dates for how long the bus stop will be suspended for. This is not fair to passengers who rely on this bus. Update a few days later there is still no 78a bus running down Thornhill Road, shouldn't someone be investigating this? I have now found out that this bus stop has been suspended, the timetable has been removed, but no explanation for passengers why or where nearest bus stop is. Disgraceful service.

Zero if I could

Zero if I could. If you've ever wondered why everything in modern Britain seems shit, there does not seem to be any kind of standards, no one is accountable, nothing changes, and nothing works, just use national express' "service" for a week, or even worse try and find out why they are such a disgrace. Obviously, as long as the tax money keeps coming and they get the contracts, who cares about their customers (or money pots as they think of them). No incentive to deliver. No standards. No service. Utterly appalling

Extremely Poor Customer service

Poor Customer service, no refund policy even when error noticed immediately booking made. You can't amend booking. I was trying to book for today 02.03.26 and by the time I made my payment, it had changed to 04.03.26, can't call them by phone as it take at least 15-30 mins for your call to be answered. Email returned with a no refund policy..first and last time using their services especially online.

Would give zero if I could

Would give zero if I could. There allways late cancel busses. Freezing cold in the morning. Drivers are rude and abrupt.

Deffo started doing driving lessons as a result.. local councillors encourage you to use it why would u ?. Taken allmost two hours to get home left work 21-30 still on bus at 22.59 expext get home at 0.00 hrs

My husband left his wallet on the…

My husband left his wallet on the Number 6 bus. We were so worried as he had his cards, bus pass and driving licence in it as well as cash.
When he rang the bus station this morning the phone was answered very quickly by a very pleasant and helpful human being. None of the pressing different numbers nonsense.
`Atfer a few questions about the wallet they told him it was with them and he could go and collect it. It was such a relief. When he visited all the lovely lady in the office could tell him was that the driver had handed it in.Maybe someone had passed it to the driver, we don't know but we cannot 'express' our thanks enough. It really restores ones faith in people and the humanity within big organisations. Thank you.

Terrible 66 service

Yet another appalling experience with the 66 bus. Why are they no longer completing the route to Sutton Coldfield? More and more often they get so far then turn around and head back to Birmingham city centre leaving no buses serving the rest of the route. The closest I could get to home was using the 907 ( again, few and far between) so instead of being dropped off close to home, I had a 15/20 minute walk carrying heavy bags.

Absolutely the worst bus company I have…

Absolutely the worst bus company I have ever seen, beyond a joke how are you still running, overpriced buses are always late never on time waiting for the 63 never turned up so had to wait for the 61 running late, I was very late for work, fix your company get someone in who knows how to run a company out better prices

Utterly useless bus services

Utterly useless bus services. The number 6 route (Solihull to Birmingham) is the worst. For example waiting for the last bus from Solihull to Birmingham this evening, the bus has already arrived but was waiting with an out of service sign. You would presume this was just until it was due to depart, however 2 minutes before it’s final journey of the day the driver decided to just leave without collecting any passengers and return to the garage with the out of service sign still on. I just heard National Express are losing the contract soon, thank goodness. Buses back in public ownership with accountability.
