They only approve positive reviews of their products. The same day I sent a 5 stars review for a product and 1 start review for a different one. They only approved the positive one. Something similar happened months ago when I had a bad experience with them. That's not fair play...

I ordered last week 10kg of herbs and some seeds. All came in today, good quality and fast delivery. Very happy.

I ordered a large quantity of nuts and seeds about three months ago. Unfortunately, they were moistened so that mould got into most of them in a short time, making it all go to waste. At the very beginning I felt that there was something wrong with them, because they had a specific taste, they were not dried.

I do not recommend ordering products from this company!peanuts butter are made from expired nuts!peanuts exactly.

Shocking customer service! My order was infested with maggots and they refused to offer a replacement or refund!

Ordered online over $80 worth on 2 August. Did get a receipt but nothing since. Neither phone number is answered.
Update; finally got an email response saying my order would be dispatched today
September 13: Nuts in bulk replied asking for 'more info'. I did get the order about 12 August. It turns out they were on holiday. They should leave a message on their phones about that.

Poor customer service and misleading products. Ordered dried cherries, and got cherries in syrup. Not exactly dry are they! And the response I got was very robotic and arrogant.

Second time buying so far everything is great. They deliver very fast and great prices

Bulk-buying is convenient and cost-effective. The more you buy, the more you save.

I've become a regular customer of Nuts in Bulk. I bulk-buy chickpeas, beans, nuts, seeds, and spices every few months.

The quality is good. The packaging, delivery, website, and customer service are all good too.

I switched to Nuts in Bulk because my local supermarkets weren't reliably stocking certain nuts, seeds, and spices from week to week. Bulk-buying overcomes this limitation.

Bulk-buying also means less packaging. In supermarkets, peppercorn and other spices usually come in small 30g to 40g glass containers, whereas with Nuts in Bulk, I can buy a 3kg packet of peppercorn and other spices.

I buy all my nuts and dried fruit from this company. The quality is great and the prices are very reasonable. You simply would not be able to buy dried fruit and nuts in this quantity and at such a price in a supermarket.
I use the products for making my muesli and mixing my own parrot food. The quality and price cannot be matched by pet stores. In a nut shell, you get more for your money at nuts in bulk than you would anywhere else.
Shipping is swift and free when you spend over a certain amount. They also often give 5% off coupons.

Have bought Walnuts in Shell previously from this company with no issues. However latest 25kg delivery arrived with a strong unpleasant odour of garlic which is rather off putting. I feed the walnuts to rescue Parrots and have been dismayed to find upon shelling at least a third of the batch are mouldy, black, shrivelled and unfit for consumption.

Customer service advise I buy ANOTHER 25kg and they will add 10kg free of charge. Understandably, I'm not keen to spend another large sum on more nuts of such poor quality that they are only fit for the bin. Will be finding an alternative supplier for future purchases.

Outstanding value for money for quality products, difficult to find similar store bought equivalents. Next day delivery upon shipment. Side note, the peanut butter is to die for.

I have placed several orders and been delighted with the goods received. Service has been slowed a bit because of the pandemic, but staff make it clear when the order can be expected.
An extremely good addition to the list of ways to purchase food online.

I ordered quite a lot from this company and was amazed to find gluten free products that I can't get anywhere else. Being celiac I have to be very careful of what I consume. The website stated the item was indeed gluten free. The item arrived and was not gluten free. The ingredients lists on the bags are not readable. I asked for a refund for one item I cannot eat and was told it was my fault for believing the website and they have no control over typos and misinformation provided. This is dangerous. I will be taking this matter further.

Poor quality of products all round: Dried Mango is not ripe and tastes like sour apple skins, Roasted Almond nuts are small and very dusty (had to be washed!) and Dried Apricots are sticky and tasteless.

Customer Support could not understand what was wrong with products are replied in literally this: "so the dried mang we have has is all free sugar and naturally dried. What is bad about this."

If you're looking for good products, this is NOT the company to order from. Avoid.

Very pleased with my order which came very quickly and dead on time. The nuts and seeds are excellent and as we are now fully plant based eaters we get through plenty! No more buying tiny packets in the supermarkets at inflated prices.
I make all my own bread, and the seeds are added to give crunch, while nuts go into our breakfasts and sauces. Hate running out of my essentials.

I have been shopping here for over a year. They are never less than professional, incredibly fast, patient and helpful. A wonderful site. Cannot beat their prices or the quality of their products.
