I am now a repeat customer of NIB. Might have developed a craving for their fruit de pate style Raspberry fruit cubes which are such a great alternative to more processed/mainstream snacks - great for all sorts of cooking and snacky options.

I love that as a non-trade/wholesale person, I can still get bulk buys of spices which will easily last me a year at a price that's vastly better than supermarket spices AND at a better quality. I have bought all sorts from paprika to pepper, dried rosemary etc. Just got a tub of smooth, creamy tahini from them too - delicious!

And now I have discovered they do a whole range of Turkish delight :D

Delivery time is ok, and the orders are always well packaged.

The main issue for me is not simply the product itself, but the lack of clear information about its intended use.

I purchased the Cashew Small Pieces grade and used it as a raw ingredient to make cashew paste/butter. Only after I raised my concerns did Nutsinbulk explain that this grade is a by-product intended for production and that, for commercial nut-butter production, it is apparently meant to be blended with higher grades rather than used on its own.

This is important information that should have been clearly stated on the product page before purchase. Saying that the product is “for production use” or “not recommended for direct snacking” does not make it clear that it should not be used as the sole raw material for cashew butter.

Had this limitation been clearly disclosed, I would have chosen a different grade.

I therefore find the product information and customer service disappointing. The relevant information was explained only after the problem arose, rather than being clearly communicated to the customer beforehand.

Terrible customer service, rude and totally unaware of Irish law. They sent me something different than what I ordered. They then told me it was more or less the same item. They don't understand the products they sell. I told them I couldn't use the item they sent and they informed me they wanted a restocking. Showers of money grabbing people who don't care about customers in Ireland. Avoid - deal with at your peril

Possibly one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. Deliveries are repeatedly delayed by 3–4 weeks, and this hasn’t happened with just one order. Communication is extremely poor, emails go unanswered, and promised delivery dates come and go with no updates. Overall, a very unprofessional experience on every level.

I have tried the BBQ cashews and I am addicted to them :D, I have to try more products from them. I totally recommend this company to everyone who likes nuts and dried fruits.

Order arrived on one day, saying order complete via DPD, not 1/2 order complete. Half the order only arrived.
Emailed both the currier and the customer service email. No one replied.
After a few days the other half the order arrived.
One item missing from order. Sent another email requesting refund for that item or for it to be sent. Still no response after 3 days.
Very poor customer service. Thus the whole experience is mediocre at best.

They eventually sent an email and issued the refund, so I give them some points back but still customer service is not great.

Absolute garbage. Sent me mouldy freeze dried fruit but didn't knock off all the mould

Found a live insect in the granola. Orderd 3 months ago. Opened it fresh the other day, live insect tried to crawl out of the bag. Emailed customer service. They said that since I ordered it 2.5 months ago, they can't comment. I wasn't looking for a refund but a bit of customer service would have been nice. I had been a repeat customer but not anymore.

The cacao powder is just awful. I wish I red the reviews here before purchasing. There was one about cacao powder and I had 100% the same experience. It doesn’t taste even a bit like cacao and it feels like you are drinking sand. They will say all products are tested and are only high quality, but I will advise them just to try their own cacao powder.
Update: I was contacted by the company and they offered me replacement with better batch. Delighted to see that they are listening to customer’s feedback and will update my review again once I try the new cacao.

I've just recently discovered Nuts In Bulk and I love them! I ordered a couple products around Halloween, so the delivery took a little longer, however it was definitely worth the wait. The products I received were of high quality and were very tasty! If you were like me and searching for a company like this one, I would definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been quite horrific.
I ordered 3kg of red kidney beans listed as French origin. When the package arrived, it was severely damaged externally, and the beans were labeled as Non-EU Agriculture - Argentina.
I contacted customer service regarding the product quality and was treated rudely. The agent immediately became defensive, even before reviewing the photos I had sent which is highly unprofessional. Once she finally saw the photos, she apologized and sent me an image of the correct label, expecting me to simply trust that the beans sitting on my counter were actually French.
Unfortunately, the agent may not have been properly trained, but this is a serious error and a clear violation of EU Regulation 1169/2011 on food information, EU Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices, EU Regulation 2018/848 on organic production, Ireland’s Consumer Protection Act 2007 and the Code of Conduct for e-commerce.
I am a lawyer and have been buying organic food since 2010. I know the laws that apply to food labeling and sales across Europe, and they are strict for good reason.
I have reported this incident to CCPC and requested either a refund or a replacement with correctly labeled beans. However, the agent has stopped replying for several days, leaving my rightful request unresolved.
To make matters worse, since the day of the order, the website login page has been inaccessible, so I cannot check the quality or labeling of the rest of the items (including Italian brown rice and mung beans).
