Núa Money's approval/offer was fast and efficient. The mortgage approval was valid for 6 months to draw down, however the validity of the property valuation is only 4 months so we needed to pay again just for an online confirmation. Also the original interest rate increased after loan offer acceptance but before our drawdown. But I appreciate the process was seamless and paperless, and everything was accessible online for us, our broker, and our solicitor.
Note: We used a mortgage broker so they took the initial steps in engaging with Núa.
