Prompt and efficient communication from Nua team, always on point. The Nua platform is intuitive and very easy to operate. If you have (some) self employment income and the other banks are unwilling to recognize it, you should consider Nua, it worked for us.

Nightmare with nua money
My experience with nua money has been a difficult one.Mistakes which they have admitted to making has led to my family losing out on one house and now looking like our second attempt at moving to another house has fallen through because of the way they dealt with the application.The letter I got from the company's chief risk officer today simply put it down to an administrative mistake and basically told us sorry for bringing you on this journey but it's over. Erroneous is a word used more than once by the above C.R.O. for the company in his letter of APOLOGY to us but it's a shocking way to deal with people and we honestly expected alot more from nua considering their high rating on this site.I would look to going elsewhere as its not as easy to deal with them as stated.
I hope your investigation is thorough amd fair amd is led by someone not involved with the case

Highly recommend
From the initial enquiry through to the mortgage application and approval process, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The team were always approachable, responsive and happy to help.
The online mortgage portal is exceptionally well designed and very easy to navigate, it was simple to track progress and manage the necessary documentation. Communication was excellent throughout and the whole experience was professional, transparent, and hassle free.
I would highly recommend Nua to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.
