Absolutely disappointing

Absolutely disappointing, avoid at all cost!. They have misleading information on the website and even their contact numbers are false. No refund. Bad customer service. They keep you replying late to get to the 30 days so that nothing happens for them. Scam

I would give it zero stars!!

I would give it zero stars!!! Customer service is AWFUL. And I mean THE WORST. They took a very long time to ship and then would not allow any returns and offered a pity 10% refund. And they think that’s “FAIR”. We live in 2025… people want the ability of returns and shipping taken care of…. Get with it!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. First off, the quality of the kids night vision goggles I bought is average at best. I paid $55 and got a toy that should probably retail for $20. I also bought them for a kid with glasses. These do not work well at all if you wear glasses. So, as stated on the website, I emailed customer service for a full refund (“if the kid is not completely satisfied, return within 30 day for a full refund”). This is where this product went from a 3 star to a 1 star. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I emailed requesting a return, got an email with a counter offer (10% back and keep the toy or 50% back in store credits). I said no, I would to return it and I know I have to cover shipping. EIGHT EMAILS LATER the upped the refund to 20% and keep it, but finally gave me the return information with a bunch of details about getting a refund “if the return is accepted.” Such a scam. Don’t waste your money. Also, they wouldn’t let me post this review on their site.

False advertising

False advertising! We ordered a ai dog, in the add it was 30cm long, in reality it was only 15cm, half the advertised size. No packaging, no instructions. No refunds even though the site says so. Numerous emails back and forth with the same rhetoric and twice in a foreign language. I claimed a refund through my bank and it was approved in a few days.

Do NOT order from this seller. This review is a warning against a potentially linked scam involving Noviroa and Relay Tech.

I placed an order on 24/10/2025 and paid £44.99 for Robot Puppy Toy Dog. The item was never received. The provided tracking information from Noviroa (the seller) initially, and then from Relay Tech (the delivery services company), shows a false "Delivery Expected: Today" status that has been frozen and unchanged since November 4th—clearly indicating a fraudulent shipment designed to delay or avoid accountability.

I contacted the seller multiple times requesting a refund, but their response was simply to confirm the inaccurate tracking status, effectively refusing to resolve the non-delivery issue.

The non-delivery, paired with the seller's deceptive and dismissive responses, strongly suggests this is a fraudulent operation. The use of multiple related entities, such as Noviroa and Relay Tech, appears to be a deliberate attempt to make this scam look legitimate and complicate the refund process.

ACTION TAKEN: I have been forced to escalate this matter:

- I have initiated a formal chargeback dispute with my bank for "goods not received."

- A complaint is being filed with consumer protection agencies.

AVOID this seller entirely. They take your money, provide non-functional tracking, and refuse to issue a refund for items they never shipped. Save your money and time.

Unfortunately you can't give zero stars. I wish I had read reviews before buying. I ordered a cuddly dog as a present for someone in a care home. It was supposed to be 15.7 inches long, it is actually 6 inches and nothing like the photo.

Scammers

Scammers! I bought a skull mask thinking it looked awesome, but I got something that was nothing like what was advertised!

I tried emailing them with the email they have on the website, but guess what? MY EMAILS WOULD NOT SEND!

I only managed to send them a bunch of emails through the emails they sent me!

Arnaque à éviter, ne commandez pas chez eux.

J'ai commandé un article qu'ils ne m'ont jamais livré puis m'ont demandé que si je le voulais, je devais payer 130 CHF supplémentaires car il y avait une erreur dans le prix, j'attends toujours le remboursement. C'est une arnaque.

Just Don't Bother!

Like other customers, what I received was cheap plastic rubbish from China. I ordered one of the supposed GLASS tiffany lamps. The thing is about 9 inches high x 4 inches wide. Very very poor quality. It will find its way into my rubbish as I wouldn't dare turn it on for any length of time for fear of the plastic catching fire. Do yourself a favour - run a mile! Spend your money with a reputable business.

Wireless presenter ordered was not available so a wrong one sent in its place

I ordered a wireless presenter remote control for my laptop. I wanted one that has USB C inputs as my laptop only had this type of input. The remote I ordered had both USB A & C. I received the product and it did not have the USB C input. I have been in touch with the company on a number of occasions asking for the correct item to be sent or to give me a refund.
They have told me -

We’d like to inform you that the USB-C version is not yet available for this product. As a solution, we can offer you a replacement item. For a small shipping fee, we will send you a replacement of a different product of your choice from our store in similar value or price. This is an affordable and simple way to ensure you receive the quality product you expected.

They then told me -

Instead of going through the process of returning the item, we’d like to offer you two convenient options:
✳ Option 1: 10% Partial Refund
You will receive 10% of your order amount back to your original payment method.
You get to keep the item – no need to ship it back or wait for return processing.

✳ Option 2: 50% Store Credit
Receive 50% of your original order value as store credit.
Use it anytime on future purchases with us.

These options are designed to save you time, effort, and potential return shipping costs — while still acknowledging the issue and providing compensation.

This is totally unacceptable. Please do not buy anything from this company. Shopify were also involved in this purchase and I have put in a complaint to them but have heard nothing yet.

Think twice before you buy

They made return impossible I didn’t know it until I experienced it myself. At end I give it up and kept what I bought.
