Purtroppo ci sono cascata anch'io. Articolo che non coincide con quello pubblicizzato sul sito. Parlano di reso senza stress e mi vogliono offrire un prodotto sostitutivo (confermando quindi che il prodotto è scadente), chiaramente non ho accettato. Pazienza, ho sbagliato a non guardare le pessime recensioni e quindi ho perso 54.99 EURO.

If I could have given 'no stars' I would have. DO NOT use this company for any purchases. I ordered walking poles in September (cost of £38.98) - they were never delivered - and in fact, I was notified that they had been returned to them. Despite this, my refund - which I eventually got towards the end of November - was for £29.74. Apparently, I have been charged £9.24 for 'processing' an order which I never received. I can only assume that this is some sort of scam as I have no proof that the goods ever reached these shores.

Do not the Cat light, it's cheap and nasty and is not what was advertised. The one I received was not glass, just cheap resin and the colours were awful, and the cat didn't have any whiskers. Customer service have been okay but I now have to pay the shipping before I can get a refund. I am appalled.

Tricksy checking out on their website meant I ended up ordering 2 of their dreadful yapping dogs rather than one. They eventually arrived, one with no packing, the other in a very beaten up box. Both are so much less in every way, than the website suggests, I tried to return them. They have refused this, offering a 10% and then 20% refund not to return them! They have now stopped communicating with me despite their website clearly stating easy and free returns within 30 days! They need to be stopped from trading.

Took a long time to receive and I nearly cancelled the order. I ordered the safety hiking stick, it was very well put together, sturdy and value for money. Apart from the time it took to be delivered, I’m happy with the purchase

Stay away from this company they take your money and do not deliver the goods it a con!

Two weeks after order was still in Hong Kong. Delivery is misleading. Customer services don’t respond other than to give an Update saying 7/10 more days to wait. Would strongly advise anyone avoids this company. Dr E Hall

I ordered a xmas tree from them at £29.99. I have received an email from them saying sorry they had priced it wrongly and I needed to send them £200+ . No offer of a refund and an offer of 20% discount presumably on the tree. By law I am entitled to the tree at the price advertised

Una poca vergüenza estafa total

Absolutely awful. Delivery via China and then the packaging was very scrunched. On reaching out to customer services they said they could only offer 30% refund. Speechless this is a Christmas present do not go there….

Scam! Don’t buy. Products were a joke.

I wrote a previous complaint on here regarding this company about how they sent the wrong item and yet I only received 60% of my money back. They responded on here also with a lovely reply saying that my experience is not something theyre happy with and to get in touch with them again.
I did this although after sending a dozen or so emails before to no avail.
I wish to say to you all reading this , DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THRIR RESPONSE. The reply I got back was the same I ve had constantly ..." this is our policy etc etc. "
They supplied the wrong and to be honest absolutely awful shorts that I wouldn't even use to do painting in , and because they sent the wrong ones , I only get 60% of my money back.

I bought a product and it does not work for me. On their website, they promised a hasslefree 30 day return. I told them that this product did not work for me so they wanted to send me a replacement which they did and I told them I did not want a replacement I wanted to return. So after I got the product for a second time I proceeded to tell them about their 30 day hassle free return And they wanted to give me a 20% refund. I spent $60 on the product and I did not feel that that was a fair price. They proceeded to tell me that I could not return the product without paying a huge shipping fee which that should have been said in there, hassle free return policy, which it does not. So in the long run, they gave me a 40% refund, which was the equivalent of $24. I am not happy and I feel this company gives you the runaround just to take your money.

No No No. Stay away!!!! Poor quality, sending products which are absolutely different from picture on the website! No refund I can get. Saying I have to pay for sending back wrong product they sent. Offering rubbish options bot not a full refund.

Non meritate neanche una Stella....sono dei truffatori!!!!!! La Merce non arriva e si inventano la scusa che non vi trovano a casa.....succede che il pacco non lo vuoi più e chiedi un rimborso....ma loro ti dicono che nel rimborso ti verra tolto il 15%......accetti comunque esausto
...e il rimborso sono passati 10 gg e non si vede!!!!una vergogna

This website is completely deceptive and a scam . The items they sent me did not match the pictures or description at all on their website . They would not offer a refund and said if I wanting a replacement I would have to pay shipping cost .
A complete scam !

La peor compra. Ni me voy a molestar en escribirles, tomaré otras medidas directamente, son unos estafadores. Compré un perro por 50 euros, lo que me llegó no tiene nada que ver con las fotos que la tienda en su web ofrece, falso, de plástico y feo y que en Amazon se encuentra por 14€. La caja arrugada de aspecto , sin manual de instrucciones , pésima compra, es un engaño.A eso añadimos la tardanza de 1 mes casi, una estafa en toda regla.

Una vera truffa:
- acquisto una tazza in vetro colorata da 29.99€ e mi mandano una tazza in plastica di pessima qualità;
- chiedo un rimborso, visto che si potrebbe trattare di "pubblicità ingannevole" e mi propongono:
1. una sostituzione con un prodotto della stessa FASCIA DI PREZZO (FASCIA significa "range", "intervallo di valori", non LO STESSO IDENTITCO PREZZO), con un'aggiunta di 9,95€:
2. un rimborso di 2,97€;
3. un credito di 14,87€ da spendere sul sito;
- decido per la sostituzione e seleziono un'articolo da 34.92€, perchè articoli, che potessero andar bene per le mie esigenze, allo stesso identitco prezzo, non ce n'erano!
- dopo aver pagato i 9,95€ per farmi spedire un altro prodotto, mi hanno chiesto anche 4,73€ di integrazione.
Se si potesse allegare qualche immagine, metterei le due tazze a confronto.
PESSIMI! NON ACQUISTATE!
