If I could give zero stars, I would have.
Absolutely awful customer service. Asked for a refund and was led a merry dance over many emails where they tried everything except give me a refund, even though it clearly states on their website that I’m entitled to one.
Wish I had seen all these negative reviews earlier :-(

Ho ordinato questo caricabatterie solare il 23 di ottobre con tracciamento LL531183713LU, era una cosa che sarebbe servita al mio compagno per un viaggio lungo in tenda il 10 Novembre. Non è arrivato in tempo e siamo al 12 novembre. Ho avvisato la compagnia stamattina che se non dovesse arrivarmi sarò costretta a ricorrere a vie legali. Avrei dovuto leggere prima le loro recensioni su trust pilot, ma una truffa del genere non si può accettare.

Halloween costume
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid these scammers at all costs. Bought Halloween costume one week before Halloween but the order didn't actually get shipped until Oct 30 FROM CHINA. Then they have the audacity to email me saying "We completely understand your excitement to receive your order—especially with Halloween just around the corner!" That's crazy
Of course the costume arrived one week AFTER Halloween. Went ahead and email customer service to return since their website says "30 day return" policy. Oh of course I did not get a refund. Sent back and forth 10+ emails offering options to get 50% store credit or a 15% refund to my bank account despite that I replied in every single email I did not want these options and only wanted a full refund. Right, they WILL NEVER GIVE YOU REFUND.

SCAM COMPANY
I’m in shock of how poorly this company treats their customers! They don’t care at all and don’t respect their return policy. I ordered car seats and upon receiving them I realized they were obviously not safe! THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. They won’t let me return them but giving me a the option to exchange them and I have to pay to send them back. They don’t respect their return policy! They’re liars and should close!!! Scam. The product purchased was the wrong size, and they refused to allow a return, despite stating a clear 30-day return policy. They tried to offer me a 10% refund and refused to give any return address details.

Like all other reviews I could kick myself in the ass for not reading their reviews first before ordering.
I'm in the process of trying to return a Halloween mask that did not fit. I emailed them and they wanted pictures to inspect the other. It's in the same condition they sent it in. Nothing wrong just the mask is too small. They replied that they would send a larger size but I just wanted a refund. I sent them screenshots of their return policy. 100% customer satisfaction or refund or exchange. They replied again they'll give me two options. 10% refund and keep the mask or 50% store credit. I don't want any of those options just a refund. Apparently they don't abide by their own policies and try to wiggle out of a full 100% refund.

How to get your money back....
For anyone who like me who has received a very over priced item and wanted their money back I raised a complaint with my credit card and today received an email stating that I would get a full refund. I have a feeling there will be many people going through the same experience.

AVOID, SCAMMERS. Like many people here, I ordered a glass, heavy lamp and instead received a cheap plastic rubbish of very poor quality. I have opened a dispute because I paid via PayPal but the returns policy is a complete joke. They first offer 10% refund, then 30% and if you disagree you pay 60euros for return postage and get 50% refund, so basically your are screwed.
Their website shows luxurious items, but it is a cheap stuff made in & comes from China. They should be reported.

Gemäss AGB und auch Verbraucherbestimming in der Schweiz hat man 30 Tage Rückgaberecht auf Online Bestellungen. Leider kriegt man bei Noviroa dies nicht. Sie kommen immer mit dem selben Angebot, auch nach der vierten E-Mail als ich gebeten habe den Artikel zu retournieren. 15% Rabatt und 50% Gutschein für die nächste Bestellung

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They make it incredibly difficult to make a return and get a refund. A return auth number is required but they purposely delay issuing one by requiring you to respond to a myriad of email questions that they send one at a time, requiring pictures, etc. The customer service number is international and not even sure it is valid.
I’m on day 4 of trying to get the info I need to make a return.
