I shop on Notino for French skincare brands I can't get here in the US for excellent prices. My orders are always packaged nicely and they always arrive on time or earlier, and who doesn't love that?!

Placed an order during cyber Monday, got an email the next day claiming the transaction is fraudulent, and wants me to call in 3 business days to verify my order. First weird thing is I did not get any notification from my bank flagging any activity from my account, so for Notino.com to email me and say the transaction is fraduelent, I have no idea how they determine that. Second thing is, my transaction went through, which means there should not be any issue with notino.com receiving any payment. When I called notino.com (prior to the 3 days deadline) I was informed by Andrew (customer service rep) that my transaction is deemed high risk, but he does not know on what basis my transaction is deemed high risk. Andrew also informed me that they have refunded my money, and asked me to place another order. This is just the dumbest thing I've ever heard; especially when they cancel my order before the 3 days deadline mark. I have read a few reviews from other customers that notino.com flag their transaction as fraduelent and ended up with their order cancelled, so I guess I was expecting that, but the fact that they didn't even keep to their 3 days deadline is sad. Honestly though, I am sure it's because notino.com doesn't have the inventory that they cancel the orders. Good job notino.com, you guys are just shady.

I found exactly what I was looking for and for a good price ,the shipping cost are really low if you don't get to the 100$ value then you get free shipping .The shipping time was really short only 4 days ,the site is also easy to navigate . i love it and i will order from them in the future.

They had this lotion that my MIL had been looking for for ages. I happened across this website, took a chance and I was happily rewarded. Really pleased with my products.

I ordered an inexpensive bottle of Cologne and received it no problems. But the next day I ordered 2 bottles of parfums de marly brand Colognes, which are obviously much more expensive, and got an email saying my order had been placed on hold due to possible fraudulent activities. Now this was on black Friday so I got a discount code which shaved a lot off the price and was supposed to be a gift for Christmas but after I called there costumer service number, I was told that it had been completely blocked and that I was gonna get my money refunded. It actually feels like the only possible fraudulent activity thats going on is by notino. I honestly think I'd rather pay more for a guaranteed product then go through that again. I can't trust that.

I've been reading the reviews for Notino. I was actually upset that I would not get my products. I ordered on Tuesday and received my products on Friday. The products were in good condition, nothing missing, nothing broken. I felt a wave of relief. Maybe there was some glitches. But I know with my stuff, everything went smooth.....

Called several times again while waiting on hold for hours and guess what? *rep* (don't want to mention name seems decent) again stated "im sorry I don't know what's going on I see here you've phoned in to speak with a manager several times I'm not sure why they hadn't called you back, sometimes our system cannot keep up with what is going on and we lose information." Seriously? Expect a call from my CC company.

I have shopped Notino before and have liked what I purchased. My first purchase was for travel sized shampoo. I Chose Ziaja Olive Oil Shampoo, the consistancy and color were thin like olive oil, and very mild in scent but my hair NEVER felt so good. I purchased this product direct from Ziaja (in poland) and paid a ton afterwards but it was the same scent and consistancy and of course my hair felt amazing. I recently saw that Notino was carrying the full sized bottle now and at a fraction of the price, so I made a purchase of 3 bottles cause like I mentioned best shampoo EVER... Anyway, this product is thick and has a very perfumy scent very similar to my mother in laws Herbal Essence Olive Oil Shampoo. I have to wonder if I've been switcharoo'ed here because even the end result isn't the same, my hair is SUPER dry after just a couple washes. I'm not happy and I won't be buying this from Notino again. Back to Poland (bah).

-- November 13th they respond to me saying that they can't find any record of me ever buying from them. That is the worst possible customer service response I've ever seen. Please don't ask me to rate my shipment if I can't be honest and you can't be responsible.

I like the prices but the shipping a little high

Worst Customer Service ever! My package is lost, spend 110.00 $ and all they give me is a run around and false promises. UPS closed the investigation and I was told they have to send me a replacement or refund my money. But Notino tells me it was disputed by UPS. Which was a lie, because I called UPS right away. So now I didn't receive my product nor my refund. I will definitely talk to my lawyer and contact my bank. This is not how you treat your customers.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with online. My transaction was denied as a possible fraudulent transaction 2 times. I called each time and spoke with customer service - which was totally not helpful. I would never order from Notino again and will tell everyone that I know not to order from this company.

This is my humble opinion about notino !!!
First of all I must say that in no other store have I found such low and tempting prices talking about designer fragrances and niches.

Second place the orders of perfumes that I bought here, have arrived in the time specified by notino, not one day more, not one day less, all in order ..

and thirdly the last purchase of fragrances niches that I bought a week and a half ago, arrived in perfect condition and original ... 100% AUTHENTIC ..

I DID NOT EXPECT LESS OF NOTINO.
I highly recommend this page if you want to save a lot of money.

I bought Creed Aventus from Notino, the product did come on time but I don't think it's a genuine one that I got. The smell hardly lasted for an hour.

I have ordered product twice from Notino but I don't think I will in the future. Their shipping is extremely slow (2-3 weeks). They sent emails on both occasions stating my order was ready to ship but was not actually shipped for another 7-10 days. If you call their customer service expect to be on hold for at least an hour.

Where do I begin. Ordered several times with no problems. Placed an order for some colognes at around $400 and the package never came. Neighbors talked to and saw the UPS man leave with my package after letting him know we were not home. They watched him leave with my package. He says he delivered it and furthermore, they claimed that I released my package online.. which is false because I have no clue how that is even done. 2 weeks later, UPS is saying it was delivered, and Notino says that because UPS denied their claim, I am now out of $383.00 because their management would not approve to resend my package. Nor will they give a refund. After being PROMISED by literally every Notino representative I spoke to that I would be taken care of no matter what, and being PROMISED to that I would be contacted, AND paying extra on my order for their shipping insurance, I am out $383 of my hard earned money.. never again. Once they get your cash they will promise the world and not deliver.. Absolutely do NOT use this company.
