purtroppo il profumo che ho ricevuto non assomiglia neanche a quello che uso da anni. scompare in un attimo l'odore.......

Authentic products, shipping is super fast (and always well protected), and my experience so far with their customer service has been great. Last time ups lost my package, but notiono take care of that.. Specially thank's Jaroslav Kremina..!

Ho ordinato due profumi di nicchia in questa profumeria on line, attirata soprattutto dai prezzi piu' convenienti rispetto alle altre profumerie.
E mi dispiace dirlo, ma questa prima esperienza di acquisto mi lascia molto perplessa. Entrambe le fragranze sono annacquate, direi praticamente inodore! e queste sono fragranze che conosco molto bene. Oltre a questo segnalo anche che il Servizio Clienti non risponde alle mail...a che serve un indirizzo mail se poi non hanno nemmeno la cortesia di rispondere alle richieste/problematiche dei clienti?
Per concludere direi che finora e' stata una delusione.

A month ago I had never heard of Notino. I was searching for some things on Amazon and the name was listed as an alternative seller for things they didn't have. I have now ordered 3 times and have had no problems. The site is easy to navigate and they have a wonderful selection at very reasonable prices. Everything was well packed, as described and things arrived very quickly

Great shopping experience, the website is crisp and easy to navigate. All products ordered were as advertised and shipped very quickly and safely. Also, prices are constantly the best I've seen amongst other trusted retailers/resellers. Haven't had any issues with them yet, but would trust them to take care of me if I had any returns or other inquiries.

The shampoos are nice and the delivery was quick.

The parfum arrived in a few days.I had purchased this fragrance previously at Macys. Your vversion is the same strength at half the price.

the speed in which the perfume was delivered was reasonable however this does not appear to be the real laura perfume. i've been wearing it for at least 10 years and this is definitely not the same.

This company is appalling. Very very bad customer service and they do not appreciate you as customer. Give your money to a company that cares.

I tried to buy several bottles of a favorite item. There were only 13 bottles left in stock. The website would only allow me to buy ten bottles, apparently because they wanted to save some bottles for other customers. The total came out to just below what is needed for free shipping. So I bought the ten bottles and another item to get the free shipping.

Now, two months later, I want to buy some more of that same shampoo, and the website says that there are only three bottles left. I would think that two months would be enough time for the company to restock. Why didn't they allow me to buy as many bottles as I wanted two months ago?????
