I never received the package
I never received the package. I order about $60 worth of products and the package was never delivered. Granted it was UPS that was at fault, but the customer service at NOTINO did not resend the package nor reached out to help proactively. Needless to say, I will not be shopping from NOTINO.
Update: After writing this email, Notino wrote back saying that they were surprised by this. Well, I have called the number they left on the review to hear what they had to say. However, I was not able to reach the person that wrote back (which is strange since the call back number was a general customer service line). They said they were going to call me back but haven't. I'm not holding my breath.

Got a message saying payment didn’t go thru. Called my credit card saying payment went thru. Then called Notino. Notino’s Customer service didn’t provide any helpful resolution and said their bank did NOT accept my payment. This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had.

While I understand your frustration I would ask for your understanding also, as this first and foremost, is for the safety of our customers as well as ourselves due to a steep rise is fraudulent activities of late.
At Notino we have a highly secure intricate security system in place.
We are proud of having such a tight system in place, which is second to none when putting the safety of our customers first.
This allows us to keep our valued customers and the public, safe from potential fraudulent purchases being made in their name.
The main reason for the secondary card request is because most fraudulent purchases happen when the publics details are obtained online, so to have details of two cards is less likely.
We also suggest checking out using Paypal as this is a very secure system, which you could use to re-order, and you would not have any problems with the order being processed.
Unfortunately when the order is flagged by our system, there is no way to process the order without following the above mentioned procedures.
Of course our aim is not to lose our customers but to protect them and to show them that we do value there protection as well as the custom.
I hope this helps explain things a little better, and I would be happy to answer any other questions you may have.

Package dissapointment
I was very disappointed about the packaging of my product. The creams were removed from the packages they came with. I bought 5 visible lotion cream and they were mailed in bottles without their package. How am I suppose to gift them. Now they look like stolen creams from a store shelf. AWEFUL. Their prices were good though

Notino was a pleasant surprise find
I was looking for my husband‘s favorite cologne, but I found out it was discontinued at Macy’s where we last bought it from. I did a search online and Notino came up. At first I was hesitant because I had never heard of this company AND because their prices were so good. The cologne was listed as the cheapest I could find anywhere. But I did a little more research and they are absolutely legit. I ordered from them and they were fast and easy. The cologne came in no time, and even included a small free item with my purchase. My husband was glad he got his cologne. I would definitely recommend Notino to my friends now!
