Maglietta stupenda, sicuramente ne prenderò altre. Le stampe sono bellissime e la qualità ottima.

Au bout d’1 mois d’attente et plusieurs mails j’ai finalement reçu ma commande .

J'ai commandé 2 articles fin novembre. Colis reçu le 9 janvier. Dommage pour Noël. Le service client a communiqué régulièrement pour informer de l'allongement du délai de livraison et proposer le remboursement si on le souhaitait. Le site semble avoir été victime de son succès. Cela reste tout de même un site sérieux. Le service client répond aux mails.

Hice dos pedidos el mismo día, con 10 minutos de diferencia. El primero me llegó en el plazo acordado. Del segundo aún no tengo noticias. He enviado 4 mails, de los cuales solo he recibido respuesta del primero. Me dijeron que habían tenido un problema de logística y que intentarían enviarme el pedido antes de reyes. 3 semanas después aquí seguimos sin ninguna noticia ni respuesta...

Hice un pedido hace más de un mes sobre camisetas oversize las cuales al recibir no eran para nada oversize, las cambié por una talla más ya que les pregunté por correo y me dijeron “ eso depende de cómo a ti te gusten”, pagué por el cambio de talla y ha pasado un mes y aún no he recibido nada. Me puse en contacto con ellos hace más de una semana y me dijeron que tienen mucho volumen de repartos y mi pedido aún no había salido…..vergonzoso

Placed an order for 3 T-shirts on 19th Nov and I’m still to receive anything. I chased and received a generic email saying they were looking into it. I then got a notification saying I’d been partially refunded - no communication as to why (although I suspect the item went out of stock). Was sent an email just before Christmas saying it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. I know I’m probably in the minority (my brother received his order relatively quickly) but it’s just a shame.

Still haven’t gotten my order from a month ago. Possibly because of a postal strike which has now been lifted so if I can get an update on my parcel that would be great. Thank you!!

It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my package. Nobody answers the phone, and I’m starting to suspect this might be a scam. If you think you’ll actually get your product, you’re probably mistaken. Terrible service and a horrible experience overall.

I placed my order a month ago and I still have not received it, even though on the website it says it will be 24/48 hours. When I emailed them they said there was an issue with my order, but not specifying what. They still offered to send it and I said yes please. Since then I have emailed them twice asking for updates and they haven't even taken the time to reply. It was going to be a birthday present but seriously beginning to think it's a scam. Not happy :((

After an email of me complaining, they sent an apology email and then cancelled my order without me asking them to, they say it has been refunded but still haven't received the money back into my account. Unfortunately I think it's a scam. DON'T order from them😠

Hice el pedido el 30 de noviembre, se supone que tardaban de 1-3 días hábiles. Hoy 18 de diciembre no he recibido aún el pedido, he escrito por correo, por la web y por instagram y NO RESPONDEN. Esta tarde voy a denunciarles. Es un timo.

Placed my order on the 30th November but haven't received it. Almost 3 weeks later and nothing, not even a despatch confirmation.
This was supposed to be a Xmas gift but clearly it's not arriving in time, despite them advertising ordering before the 16th Dec would mean it would come in time! At this point I want my money refunded in full and will never be ordering from here again.

Still have not received purchase after more than 4 weeks. When contacted I have received vague responses about “we are opening an incident on your behalf” with no clarification around what the “incident” is or when it will be shipped. Feels like a scam

The shirt was amazing and great quality. But the communication and shipping was terrible. It took a very long time to receive my order. When I contacted them I was just informed it was on the way.

Une déception suite à ma première commande, j’ai porté le t-shirt seulement deux fois et les coutures au niveau du col se sont détachées. Après des échanges avec le vendeurs j’ai eu le choix entre un nouveau t shirt ou un remboursement. Le SAV est réactif et rapide. Finalement j’ai un nouveau t-shirt qui a l’air de tenir.

As other costumers already experienced, the company has not confirmed me the order nor shipped it yet, even though they say 4 working days. I’m really disappointed, it is a Christmas gift. Hope they manage to send it on time :(
