Northwest Guitars Omdömen

I purchased a Mustang replacement tremolo unit for my Squire off NorthwestGuitars after recomendation. It dropped straight in and fitted perfectly. I now have a tremolo on my Mustang that returns to pitch everytime I use it unlike the one that came fitted to my Squire. I was so close to giving up on this guitar as i have tried everything to try and get the fitted one to stay in tune. I have played for about 45years now so am not a novice guitarist, this one nearly beat me though!!.
Anyway Northwest Guitars have saved the day here. I would be more than happy to gig with this guitar now, in fact i cant put it down at the moment 😊

Fabulous service, quick turn around and very helpful when speaking with them in person. If only more companies were as good.

I like jazz basses with precision necks and have purchased two necks from Northwest Guitars so far.
I dare to say that these are the necks I like to play the most and will certainly order one or the other neck! Thank you very much for the great work!

The service provided was outstanding and very effective! The delivery was quick and without any issues.

The store arranged a pickup for me and had Steve handle the in-store installation. The prices were very reasonable, the customer service was outstanding, and I was extremely pleased with the work done.

Great product despatched immediately arrived on time with good comms advising of order status.

Very easy to order and was kept up to date on the progress of my order which arrives in plenty of time and was well protected.

They ordered a pickup in for me, and had Steve install it in store. Very fair pricing, excellent customer service and really happy with the installation.

Great products are really competitive prices-superfast delivery and great customer service-hugely recommend recommended

i dealt with kevin was helpfull all the way through i bought several bits to build a new pickgaurd and also some tonerider apex classic noisless pickups for strat i am so impresed with these well made and i think there a great sound well worth a try.

Great company for all your guitar bits and bibs. I ordered 500k pots with the orange drop and treble bleed mod. Delivery was fast and everything was well packed. You can’t go wrong with these guys. They know what they are talking about.

Flamed maple strat neck was delivered on time. What a superb product fit the body well, the flaming looks 3 dimensional a joy to play.
No issues with high frets or fret ends would definitely recommend.

Fantastic customer service. My order was mistakenly delivered by royal mail to the wrong address and Northwest Guitars re-sent me my order. 10/10 will use again and recommend.

Great products & service - always been pleased when ordering in the past as well .

I recently need to restore my left-handed 1973 Strat back to its original spec. Trying to find a loaded pick guard (my old one had holes in it where switches were placed in the 80's) Northwest had a decent selection and so I ordered one. It came promptly and at just under £20 was exceptional value. What really surprised me was the sound of the pickups. For the money they were really good. I'll probs try another couple of sets for comparison at some stage but right now I am happy to gig with these pups. Great job, Northwest!

I'd first used Northwest Guitars back in 2019 when I came across their website when looking for parts for Telecasters I was building at the time. They were great back then and I'm delighted to discover they still are. If anything, even better. Their delivery service is ultra rapid now. They have a good range of products with a budget that should suit everyone.
I'm getting back into building Teles but this time round I want to use some of their spray paint/lacquer finishes instead of my usual oil varnish hand finishes. Plenty to choose from on the website.

Pretty good body but the routing was a bit too big so one of my pick guard screws was not aligned

Excellent company. Good quality items, wide range of choices and good delivery times. Always my 'go to' source of guitar parts.

Bought a pair of Tonerider Rebel 90's for my Gibson Les Paul Special. Great pickups and excellent service all round.
