Hired a car for just over 2 week from Karratha branch. Aurora was very polite and professional throughout the booking/experience. Had trouble with getting the car back due to the weather. I got in contact with Northside to see what my options could be. They came up with a solution that helped me and my partner get back safely. Very grateful for both karratha and Perth branch. This was my first time booking a car rental and I wouldn't book with anyone else now. You hear of horror story's through hire companies and it could of easily gone that way. But Northside was very understanding, quick and professional with a solution.
So Thankyou to both Karrath (Aurora) and the team at Perth. :)

We use this company every trip to Perth which has been a fair few times. Never had any issues with the after hours pickup. Only thing I would appreciate is a loyalty discount for repeat custom.

Have used Northside Rentals 4 times now and cannot fault their value for money or customer service. I’d like the after hours pickup process to be less “admin oriented” but understand the need for due diligence.
Their low cost, vehicle quality and reliability excellent customer service more than compensate for a slightly overbearing reliance on paperwork

Northside rentals are a great service provider, they have clearly built their business on making it easy and accommodating for their customers. They made the effort and have the process available for after hours collect and drop off. Boxing Day as well! They could have told me to come back the next day to collect but helped me out to collect the car after our flight was severely delayed… meaning I didn’t need to drive an hour or more to the pick up location the next day… thank you Northside team, your tops!

Flexible, Professional, Value for money, On time, Helpful, Courteous.
The vehicle wasn’t perfect, but it was clean and the pre hire photo survey picked everything up.
Both collection and drop off were hassle free. The vehicle exceeded expectations.

My flight was late and for some reason my card wouldn't work, they were so wonderful and waited for me to get there before going home for the day. The wagon was spotless, staff were so friendly and they will now be my go to for all car hire in Perth.

Fantastic experience. Cannot believe how easy it was to book a car online. Then to top of my brilliant experience I arrived to pick car up and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who was so organised and efficient it took totally 10 minutes to do signing of paperwork and jump into the car and I was off. Dropping the car back was also easy as they open at 7am and you walk in hand back keys and your off. Thank you so much for an amazing professional experience. Will definately be using you again.

Absolutely great service, the car we hired had anAircon issue and it was heading for 40C that day, they gave us a mine spec Ute which was wonderful as a replacement!!

Very helpful, easy time saving system
prior to collections day, just make sure you take a physical credit card with you. Thankfully I had a scanned copy in my phone or the truck wouldn’t have been released.

Northside rental are very professional - hassle free and smooth dealings with them on many occasions. Very good pricing. Very good for hiring rideshare vehicles. James and the team always friendly and go the extra mile! Would highly recommend !!
