At Nomad Frontiers, we aspire to be Canada's local bike shop. But it didn't start that way. We set out to build NOMAD with a vision grounded in community, inclusiveness, and the power of epic cycling adventures to create memories and solidify friendships. We set out to build a travel company - both products to create your own adventure and expert advice to guide your next, more distant excursion. That was, until COVID got in the way.
Now, we've taken that same passion for community and expanded on our cycling retail plans. Our value proposition? Better customer service? No. The best customer service. We aim to show you, in every interaction, that we value your business and deserve your trust. We aim to build long-term relationships rooted in a mutual understanding of the importance of your cycling hobby to your overall wellbeing and enjoyment. We strive to be your number one online cycling retailer.

We carry many of the top cycling brands in the world - Sidi, POC, Castelli, EVOC, Zipp, and many, many more. We're constantly expanding and adding new products to the virtual shelf. Great service from start to finish
We purchased a Thule RoundTrip Road bike case. We initially had some trouble signing up and receiving the 10% discount on our first order, but Ashley and Jacob came through for us. Once we placed the order, the case showed up right away, exactly as advertised and in perfect condition!

Excellent service and competitive pricing
This is my third time ordering from Nomad Frontiers in the last couple of years. Their service is always been outstanding. I ordered a helmet and when it arrived the size was too small. I contacted Nomad and Jacob was super friendly and helpful. I had no issues exchanging it for another model. We will definitely continue to purchase from them in the future.

My first Nomad order
The order processed very well once I was connected properly. The first evening that I tried to sign up and place an order something wasn't working correctly so I waited until the next day and then everything went as expected. The order was efficiently processed and I received my package a day or two later. Item was exactly as ordered and well packaged. Very happy with my purchase of a new stem.
