About Nomad Frontiers
At Nomad Frontiers, we aspire to be Canada's local bike shop. But it didn't start that way. We set out to build NOMAD with a vision grounded in community, inclusiveness, and the power of epic cycling adventures to create memories and solidify friendships. We set out to build a travel company - both products to create your own adventure and expert advice to guide your next, more distant excursion. That was, until COVID got in the way.
Now, we've taken that same passion for community and expanded on our cycling retail plans. Our value proposition? Better customer service? No. The best customer service. We aim to show you, in every interaction, that we value your business and deserve your trust. We aim to build long-term relationships rooted in a mutual understanding of the importance of your cycling hobby to your overall wellbeing and enjoyment. We strive to be your number one online cycling retailer.
Our Offerings
We carry many of the top cycling brands in the world - Sidi, POC, Castelli, EVOC, Zipp, and many, many more. We're constantly expanding and adding new products to the virtual shelf. And we only offer products that we would use ourselves - products that we would trust on our next once-in-a-lifetime cycling trip.

Best service ever
It’s my second time ordering from Nomad Frontier and I would 1000% recommend anyone to purchase from there. I used the chat and Jacob was very helpful, after my purchase I called and again Jacob was very helpful and reassuring. Once my order was packed and shipped I received a phone call and the next day my order arrived. Thx again all the help was appreciated.

Absolutely the best customer service. Above and beyond.
I was purchasing a cycling jacket online that was marked final sale, so I wanted to be absolutely sure about the sizing before ordering. I reached out to the store via email, and Jacob confirmed that it was indeed final sale. He then asked what other brands and sizes I currently wear and whether I prefer my jackets to fit tight or loose.
Jacob came back with the most thorough sizing analysis and recommendation I could have hoped for. His attention to detail completely put my mind at ease about purchasing a $300 jacket that couldn't be returned. It was truly service that went above and beyond.
Thank you so much, Jacob! The jacket fits perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

La livraison s'est faite dans les temps et le produit reçu est exact à la commande. Le petit mot inscrit à la main et une partie en français en plus, donne un ton plus personnel à l'achat en ligne et j'ai vraiment bien apprécié.

Custom Enve Bike Purchase
Very nervous making such a large purchase in buying a custom bike online like this. But the team at Nomad was amazing through every step of the decision making process. They were also very communicative through the wait to get all of the components of the build. I would not hesitate to purchase anything from them again. Thank you Nomad
