At Nomad Frontiers, we aspire to be Canada's local bike shop. But it didn't start that way. We set out to build NOMAD with a vision grounded in community, inclusiveness, and the power of epic cycling adventures to create memories and solidify friendships. We set out to build a travel company - both products to create your own adventure and expert advice to guide your next, more distant excursion. That was, until COVID got in the way.
Now, we've taken that same passion for community and expanded on our cycling retail plans. Our value proposition? Better customer service? No. The best customer service. We aim to show you, in every interaction, that we value your business and deserve your trust. We aim to build long-term relationships rooted in a mutual understanding of the importance of your cycling hobby to your overall wellbeing and enjoyment. We strive to be your number one online cycling retailer.

This was an online order for chamois cream. As with previous orders, the price was very competitive, and the ordering process was straightforward, actioned promptly and delivered quickly. Still not delivered
It's been about 8 days and I still dont have my ordered item. The tracking system doesnt help and the contact link loops around an automated bot. Very frustrating.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We take customer feedback very seriously.
Your order was received at the end of the business day here in Ontario and was shipped and received by the courier the very next day. Within 5 business days, it had arrived in BC from Ontario. It appears there may be a delay whilst the package awaits marine transport to Vancouver Island.
We understand you are frustrated with the courier's online tracking system, and we will personally reach out to the courier on your behalf once their Customer Service reopens on Monday morning.
