Noah Garden Rooms Omdömen

1 star is too much, sub standard product and beyond pathetic customer support, please avoid using this company.

Your response was poor to my valid complaint, firstly it was a pool table and not a snooker table, the email chain clearly shows I informed that was installing something heavy inside the summerhouse at the very start of my order, and at no point was I informed that would need to order a reinforced floor, and then as a final genius move your company claimed they believed I was installing a child's pool table, a child's pool table weighs less than a child. It is abundantly clear you did not provide me with correct information and hence my accurate rating based on my experience.

I needed 12X8 workshop and looked around a lot locally and online, nothing matched the quality or price with Noah, I placed my order and was given a delivery date shortly afterwards
My shed arrived on time and on the agreed date, we decided to build the shed ourselves as the base wasn't ready
Very easy to construct, the instructions were clear and it was built in a day (2-man job as some of the panels were heavy)
Very very happy with the whole experience, Noah are great if you have any queries and the build quality is excellent, 3x2 frame and 22mm cladding is really good, most other companies do not offer this
Would definately buy again

Fantastic! From start to finish! Great communication- answering all our questions! Would 100% recommend to family and friends! Thank you for a smooth purchase! Shed built in hours - brilliant!

I ordered a shed and a summerhouse, which arrived on time and were installed in a day. The two were pre-painted in grey. So far so good. However, either during delivery or erection the paint was scraped on the fascia and corners. The cut ends of the timber around the windows and door were left unpainted and the single glazed windows were held in by a thin strip of wood to the sides and sealant to the top and bottom. I have to say they did not look professional. The fitters left me some paint and it was down to me to finish the job; sealing and securing the windows properly, painting the raw edges of the timber around the doors and windows and repainting the scuffs and scratches.

Did what they said they would when promised they would.
Great experience from start to finish and quality seems very good.

Excellent service from initial enquiry to the completed installation.

Just a quick word to say how professional Noah garden rooms have been from start to finish with the sales team of Megan and Tilly to advise and answer all my queries from start to finish.
Darren and Josh the install team were great and very friendly and polite, did a great job installing my workshop. Very professional all round will definitely recommend Noah garden rooms.

We went with the 16x10 Don Marino workshop and the Noah Garden Room team were excellent throughout the process. All options were clearly explained and costed and the ability to flex the design was just what we needed. Megan was super helpful with clear communication throughout. James and John were efficient and professional when installing. A great experience all round and we love our new shed.

The purchase from start to finish was spot on. The fitters who installed were fantastic, the job was completed to perfect description, they fully cleaned the area after and nothing was to much trouble at all.

Great service, special mention to the installation guys they were outstanding.
Great product.

Excellent value for money. Customer services were really knowledgeable and friendly and it was easy to customise your shed options to suit.
Delivery and fitting was straight forward and professionally done without hassle.

Before ordering from Noah Garden Rooms, I had looked at a lot of different companies for the particular shed I wanted (12x8 abbot pent) and Noah Garden Rooms stood out for many reasons.

1. The quality of the materials/construction they use
2. Their prices compared to others (whist using far superior materials)
3. The very good reviews (now I know why)
4. Very good communication throughout
5. Mick, the delivery man, although it was delivery only, he was very kind and helpful, thanks Mick for your help

I could go on, but overall the main thing is the shed, the quality of the materials and construction is top notch, if you are thinking of buying a shed/garden room forget the rest.

If I were to buy another shed/garden room at any point in the future, Noah Garden Rooms would be the only place I will spend my hard earned money!

Thanks for a great quality shed and a great service!

We purchased a Buckthorn shed from Noah Garden Rooms. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze. Megan was so helpful with lots of advice on building a suitable base and all the variations available in building a shed to our own specification. 2 weeks prior to installation, I received a phone call from Noah, to go through the whole order in detail and to ensure the base is suitable and ready with space all around and good access for the fitters. The fitters, Jason and Harry were perfectionists. They made a superb job of putting the shed up with no fuss whatsoever and they left the place clean and tidy. The shed is amazing quality and value for money. I never knew that sheds as strong as these were available. I would say if you are in the market place for buying a shed or garden room, look no further than Noah Garden Room. You won't be disappointed.

The staff on site were informative and professional during our enquires, assisting us to buy the correct shed for our space in garden and the requirements of the shed. They were conscientious and returned all calls with guidance to ensure the project went smoothly. When the team arrived to erect the shed the delivery and assembly of shed went to plan, the team were efficient and polite and left the area tidy. We are very pleased with the quality of the shed.

We had Noah Garden Rooms fit our new 14x8 pent shed and it is without a doubt one of the best value items I have ever bought. From start to finish the experience was great, we were kept informed with what was going on, the 2 men that built the shed were very friendly and really seemed to enjoy their job. No flimsy materials are used giving a very solid building that looks like it will last for years. Thank you very much

We had our Swindon Garage erected this week. The ordering process was easy, great communication each step of the way and the office team were happy to answer any queries. The 2 installation guys arrived on time, super friendly, polite, professional, checked details before installation and were done within 2.5 hours. The building is perfect, good quality with attention to detail. Love the log lap finish we chose, the stable door and the over door canopy. Would highly recommend. A*

We have just got our Georgian garden room from Noah Garden Rooms. We are absolutely delighted with it. The guys who delivered and assembled it were very friendly and had it assembled in 3 hours. They also gave us useful advice on how to insulate. I had researched several companies and kept coming back to Noah Garden Rooms. If your thinking of a garden room or summer house, we 100% recommend this company

Couldn't fault Noah. They kept me informed at when my summerhouse was being delivered. The guys (Steve & Jason ) arrived early in the morning and just got stuck in. After 2 to 3 hours the summerhouse was up. The guys where very polite and the workmanship was commendable. I would highly recommend Noah to anyone considering a new shed/summerhouse.
Forgot to mention the price and value for money was amazing.

We looked at many companies for our summerhouse and Noah Garden Rooms stood out for a variety of reasons.
1) The prices were excellent
2) The quality appeared better than their rivals
3) The reviews being outstanding
4) Offering free installation.

Right from the start, we were dealing with a lady called Kerry who is so lovely. We received a lot of information about what they needed from us and we sent photo’s over to ensure that they could access the property. We were kept informed throughout the process and delivery was pretty quick considering. We ordered on August bank holiday and it was delivered on 14th October. The delivery guy’s were lovely and grateful for a hot drink. The summerhouse looks high quality and we added a couple of optional extra’s on. We are really pleased so far.

We chose Noah for our Elm summerhouse because of the great price and free fitting. We also received fantastic advice on the building and base. The instructions on what was required as a base were second to none. The communication was excellent. A final conversation a few days before fitting confirmed all was ready both sides. The fitting team of Paul and James were spot on time and craked on really well. The quality and fit of yhe building was excellent. Couldn't be happier. Very professional.
