Excellent customer service both office and onsite
Excellent customer service from Megan. Plus John & Darren who erected my new building, and needed to adjust the size onsite as it had been delivered two longer than the plan dimensions. Also a little shimming for some flatness issues. Overall a good job.

We ordered a 12x10ft Lydian contemporary summer house from Noah Garden Rooms.
Very happy with all aspects of the purchase from the customer service to the final product which is really well made and installed really well too. Can’t fault them at all and would definitely recommend. They are well priced for what you get, much better than lots of flimsy sheds and Summer houses on the market. Also liked that’s it’s made in the UK.

Good quality, good value
The delivery guys arrived on time, were helpful, polite and friendly. The shed 20ft x 12ft heavy solid wood was delivered in manageable sections. It took four fit men to assembly the shed in five hours including the roof. Fitting the windows, adding other accessories including painting was not achieved in the same day. I would highly recommend Noah Garden Room sheds as they are good value for money.

Fantastic Company and Service
What a fantastic company to deal with. From placing the order to them erecting it they have been brilliant. Always happy to help with any questions or queries. Delivered exactly when they say they would, something very unusual in this day and age. They guys that came to erect where so well mannered and friendly and so tidy too, cleaning up every last bit once they finished. Thank you Noah Garden Rooms, we will definitely be happy to recommend you in the future.

Do not buy
Do not buy. Mine was erected on a Friday afternoon. A rush job where fitters left unfinished. Bad poor quality wood used with holes and shrinkage letting in water. The rubber roof leaked and the DPM floor also let in water along with unsealed windows and doors. They have dragged my complaint over 6 months and now say too late to claim and now have to take to court for a refund. Very poor company to deal with.

Good morning Chris,
I am sorry that we could not agree on an amicable resolution to your issues for your shed.
Despite many attempts to speedily and fairly resolve your issue, you have taken the decision to refuse every offer we have put to you. We have offered to come out to you on many occasions to allow us to investigate and resolve the problem. When the water ingress was reported, we offered to swap over the one panel that was leaking. After you informed us of the paint you used, we informed you from our experience in using this product that it is not a waterproofing paint. In good faith we have supplied free of charge the paint we recommend and sealant as per your request. After you painted the building in the paint we recommend, you stated it was still leaking. We then offered to supply and install a brand new building, Painting it free of charge and offering a hefty discount on PVC doors and window upgrades you requested.
As a company that manufactures and installs Garden Rooms in every conceivable weather condition throughout the year, we occasionally can get it wrong as do any company you can name. When we get it wrong we attend, investigate what the issues are and resolve them to ensure the customer is happy with their building. In this instance we have not been given the opportunity, we have tried to give you other options to resolve your complaint so you have a shed you're happy with.
Ultimately our Trust pilot score is high and factually higher than most of our competitors because we produce high quality Garden Rooms and install them all around the country with a very competitive price point. I do take every review personally, be it a 5 star review or a 1 star review and I am truly disappointed we could not agree on a fair and amicable resolution.
I am happy to come to the site to investigate the building and discuss any further options available.
Kind regards,
Mark Beale.
Noah Garden Rooms - A class act
From srart to finish this was a seemless transaction carried out by a professional, customer focused team.
The quality was first class and the fitters a cedit to Noah Garden Rooms. Not forgetting the sales team who all had a pleasent, calming manner.
When looking in the future for anything to do with the garden my first point of call will be NGR

Noah Garden Rooms offered value for money
Noah Garden Rooms offered value for money on our "Swindon" garage/workshop. Having shopped around they could not be beaten on price for the quality offered. The communication was good all the way through, as I had put down a concrete base for it to sit on, and they advised on sizing and payment. Jim and John were prompt and very efficient with its instillation.
Top Chaps!!.
I would not hesitate to recommend Noah
Thankyou
