We looked at a number of potential suppliers for our garden room and chose Noah for a number of reasons. Their website is clear and the tool to virtually build/spec and visualise your room is very handy and user friendly. It links very well to the sales team when you are ready and I found that invaluable. One competitor used AI chat bots on the site and on the phone so I simply couldn't get answers I needed whereas Noah took the time with me to answer my questions and suggest ideas that were really useful - thanks in particular to Amber.
Noah also have an indoor showroom with a good selection of buildings so you can get a feel for sizes, finishes and anything else you need. I had time to go through my design with Amber who answered more of my questions but there was no typical sales pressure.
With the design and sales part such a refreshing breeze we decided to order. This too was simple and stress free with a deposit taken over the phone after confirming all the details to ensure the build was as we expected.
Turnaround time was faster than expected and the team that delivered and built the room were all great - arrived on time, set up and got cracking. Really efficient work and kept mess in check, leaving our garden as they found it except with a lovely garden room in place!
There was no shouting, loud music that can come with trade teams and I was included in any decisions (where to put the downlights etc) and shown the build part way through and had a detailed handover at the end.
The garden room itself is fantastic. Well made, keeps it's heat and is very quiet. A lovely relaxing spot.
We recommend Noah Garden Rooms without hesitation. Our experience throughout was spot on.

Installation was excellent. The team they sent out for the installation were professional, helpful and thorough till the end 100% recommend them and the were very tidy and cleaned up all the left overs.

I loved the design software- you got a really good idea what you would get- and didn’t have to wait to find out how much it was likely to cost. I went to the showroom - very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I didn’t have to wait ages for it to be installed either. Absolutely love my garden room - really high quality materials and the installers were polite and efficient. It was all done within 2 days- although I didn’t realise that I would have to paint the interior myself and connect the electric from the house myself as well.

From start to finish, the experience has been fantastic. From the initial visit to the showroom and meeting Amber to discuss a garden room suitable for our requirements.
Once the order was placed, the team keep you informed every step of the way.
Installation was excellent. The team they sent out for the installation were professional, helpful and thorough.

Brilliant experience - from designing to ordering to completion, the team were fantastic. The office update you throughout the process and the installers we had were fantastic, they worked like clockwork and I am SO happy with the final product. They even worked through torrential rain on the first day of the install!!
I’d recommend this company to all, and use them again in the future.

I strongly suggest that you investigate this company fully before you order with them. As a previous reviewer puts it when things go fine they are OK, when things go wrong they are horrid.

Rather than re- typing the issues we have had with Noah, I thought it would be easier to include an extract of the email I sent after installation, most of my complaints have been ignored by Noah.

The sequence of events are as follows

Paid in full, installation date of Mar 16th agreed.

At 07.50 that morning we were told that it was not going to happen due to one person ringing in sick & could not be reinstated until April 2nd. We argued that as a cancellation we should get priority but were told that there were hundreds of jobs in the pipeline & it was easier to delay our one job rather than hundreds.
This delay to Apr 2nd meant we had to defer all the electrical work we had booked & also meant that the rear aspect of our property was totally exposed for a further 2.5 weeks. We also suggested that only having 4 people to work on these handreds of jobs left you extremely vulnerable if one person was not available, as was subsequently proven.
April 2nd 2026 (17 days after original Installation date)
The installation took place but was marred by the window being cracked & the door panel being nearly 2 inches short (why not spotted before installation?). The installers promised to report all these defects to yourselves & repairs would be organised.
April 3rd 2026
We noted a discolouration of one composite panel & reported this by telephone to yourselves & sent photos.
April 10th 2026(25 days after original Installation date, 8 days after revised date)
Window Fitter arrived & repaired the window & door, he suggested that the window had been damaged during installation & also suggested that the floor seemed very squeaky, he said he would report this back to yourselves.
April 14th 2026 (29 days after original Installation date, 12 days after revised date)
We chased up the floor issue & were told someone coming today with a view to fixing on the 15th. Several workmen arrived, put screws into the floor (said it should have been done at installation) they tried several ways to change the discoloured composite panel without success (see previous email) & said they would refer it back to you to check if there was another method of replacing the panel. Their final suggestion was wait & see if it improves, we said we reserved the right to reject the panel.
Throughout the whole process since March 16th we have had to chase up promised actions that have not happened.
Our household has been totally compromised by the mess caused by items which should have been in the garage also many items have had to be stored under tarpaulins in the garden.
Our stress levels are through the roof, every time we thought we could move forward something else went wrong.
We are now 44 days on from the original installation date & we still have no solution to the discoloured panel apart from lets 'wait & see'.
We are still waiting delivery of white goods which had to be postponed.

Subsequent to this email there have been various dialogues about ill-fitting door, marks on roof etc some have been fixed, some have not but the overall feeling from us is that we have had to do all the hard work & chasing whilst Noah have remained silent presumably hoping it will all go away.

We have tries several times to claim compensation but each time their manager Mark Beale has refused to accept that they have done anything wrong.

So tread carefully if you deal with Noah Garden Rooms

Steve and Mark worked super hard for two days installing our garden room. We are thrilled with the final result. The building looks modern and of a high standard. The communication prior was also excellent, all in all it was a very smooth process and we are very happy.

Very difficult and overall disappointing experience. I found the communication extremely confusing while trying to arrange for a custom workshop build. I had numerous emails with Tilly and visited the showroom, but I unfortunately received a lot of false/inaccurate information. Tilly was on her way out of the company which might explain some of it. I then started the conversation with Michelle, which has been pleasant to deal with, although there were a few points where the info changed and in the end costed me a lot more money than expected. Than on the install day, which was delayed by two weeks, I was left with the incredible disappointment of a building full of scratches, dirt and damages without anyone from the team informing us. I called Michelle and sent photos, and after another week the same "team" came back twice, the first time they didn't bring enough wood to replace. Then I had water infiltration from underneath the panels, and they tried to blame me for not knowing I had to seal the exterior, I needed a dwarf wall (mentioned absolutely nowhere prior install) and so on. There was no constructive help in resolving the issue. Then Mark stepped in, I sent many emails from Tilly to show what she said and magically all of it has been ignored, moving from the initial "you might have been charged for something you didn't have to" to "we believe nothing is owed to you". I might just have been unlucky, but be aware, if everything goes well happy days, if you have a problem you will be on your own. Extremely disappointed with the result as I'm now left with wood panels that don't match the original ones.

From initial conversations, through design and detailing, and install Noah Garden Rooms were great. They explained and supported the design process and the install was quick, clean, and friendly.

Definitely a customer first business.

From start to finish my experience with Noah Garden Homes was excellent, it took me about six months to decide so there was a lot of back-and-forth with Megan who was my contact, changing this adding this, I did spend a few months looking at other companies before deciding on Noah they seem the most competitive price wise and reliable they had very good reviews. Once I made the decision to go with them they gave me a date which was a month lead time which was good timing for me. On the day guys turned up bang on time, I’ll give that to them, they worked right through they didn’t stop they worked as team while one worked on top the other worked below I was very impressed with that. They informed me about every stage they were doing and was happy for me to come in and look during the build even allowed me measure up to see where the joists so I could hang my flatscreen tv. I was very impressed with the build quality the rubber roof fully insulated roof and walls, quality doors.
So I’m now really enjoying the “Icebox Gym”

The deliver time given was adhered to and the installation was very smooth.
Moreover the actual product exceeded expectations as compared to a drawing making the overall outcome even better. Has been used in vein as an outside office since and is an enjoyable place to be. We’re incredibly happy with our purchase and would recommend Noah to any interested parties.

We had a wonderful experience with Noah’s Garden Room. Megan couldn’t do enough with helping design our Garden Room. She was patient especially when we wanted a tweak the design a few times. The fitters were excellent. Arrived promptly and were so efficient. All done in a day and a half. Couldn’t ask for more.

The showroom was excellent with a display of all of the colours for the wall panels available. We knew that we wanted a garden room with a section partitioned off for storage. Megan explained all of the options available and provided an on the spot quotation.
The team arrived on site on the appointed day and set to work. They positioned the garden room exactly where we wanted it and the overall job took two days. The team were very friendly and industrious.
The result was a building that easily swallowed up the items that we wished to store, created a lovely summer room in the main area; which has provided a wonderful space for respite from the recent heat waves.
On the financial side, Noah’s prices are competitive with other suppliers.
We have a garden room which meets all of our requirements for years to come. It adds another dimension to our garden.

Our garden room is absolutely brilliant. The process of selecting our preferred materials was made so much easier because of the showroom examples we could view and 'touch'. The process of specifying, ordering, installation and of paying was both painless and slick.
The erection of our 7x4m garden room took 2.5 days and the guys who carried out the work were courteous and happy to explain everything to us when they arrived on site. So overall a thoroughly positive experience.

Fantastic product and company. We bought two of their pent composite garden rooms Autumn 2025. Noah would be installing the first unit and in 2026 I was going to demolish an old-fashioned uPVC conservatory and replace it with the second garden room which would be integrated by myself and my builder.

The ease of specifying and being able to see what it would look like before purchase was head-and-shoulders above the competition. Megan and her colleagues were superb throughout the sales process and patiently answered all our questions.

The installation was faultless and full marks to the installation team. Any odd niggles fixed or adjusted without any problem.

In 2026 the install/integration of the second garden room went better than expected thanks to their excellent design.

My wife and I were delighted with both garden rooms. So we bought a third this year - 2026 !

Over the moon with our garden pod. We had the 12ftx10ft Winton Eco Pod with electrics. The guys worked so hard and attended early on both days taking great care in everything they did. Would highly recommend
