Par's Patience and Perserverance
I cannot say enough about how patient and attentive Par has been in helping me solve issues that stemmed from a mistake I made when I tried to subscribe to Nixplay Plus membership for a friend. After quite a few emails, Par was able to guide me through the process that solved the problem. Everyone is happy now. The recipient is now able to view many, many fotos that include her husband who recently passed away. So this truly meant a lot to all of us.

Really happy with this Nixplay frame! It was super easy to set up and pretty much self-explanatory—I didn’t have to spend a lot of time figuring anything out. Uploading photos is quick and smooth, which I love because I can add new pictures anytime. Customer service was responsive and helpful too.
