Great price - I guess you get what you pay for :)
The price is great - their systems not so. Put an order on the 21st, it's the 27th and my package is stuck. If their system wouldn't have glitched, my package would've not been held captive by the storms now... so errors + bad weather = long period of waiting :) - next time will go for the cheapest option, it doesn't seem to make any difference if you're "International Priority" or standard...
Later edit - Since their PR department decided to answer in legalese, I've provided via this platform whatever they asked for, still no update on their comment.

Hi Joe, thank you for providing an updated order number. We could not locate your order previously as there were no details on where it was shipped to or from and your name that the review was left with does not appear on the order.
We are sorry that your collection failed on the 21st of January, it is very rare for collections to fail however this was not a glitch with NI Parcels. The chosen courier (Fedex) did state that the collection was attempted on the 21st but no-one was available. We understand that you are not at the collection side but we do apologise for any confusion regarding this.
When you contacted our team on the 23rd, we rebooked this collection for the same day free of charge and this was collected later that day. We are sorry that the recent storms in the US have affected your shipment since then. Almost all couriers in the US were severely impacted and this is not something within their control.
One of our team is monitoring this for you and will be in touch with you via email. We are disappointed with your negative review especially as the main part of the delay so far was due to exceptional and extreme weather in the US.

Delivery was 1-3 days. However delivery was made next day.

Never collected item….again
Never collected item again. I don’t think DPD actually wants business. Every time I send an item it never gets collected.

Hi Jim, thank you for using NI Parcels. We're sorry to hear of any issues you had with a recent collection that you booked with DPD on the 9th of January.
The DPD driver did record a collection attempt at 13:45 on that date and advised that a card was left at the address, We can see you had previous collections that were collected sucessfully with DPD and we are sorry for any confusion in this instance.
We can always rebook collections for you free of charge if you let us know of any issues with a collection as our team are always on hand to assist.

Excellent Service
Having left our Bluetooth speaker in a hotel in Poland whilst on a city break and never having arranged an international parcel collection/delivery before, this website was a great discovery.
