Be aware of the scam!
I was scammed in Nino&Friends store in Siena where they charged me a different amount that they initially advertised the price to be. I tapped my card and left the store not being aware that they charged me 120 euros for a bottle of balsamic vinegar of 100ml. I called the store when I realized and the manager hung up on me.
I checked with other Nino&friends store and both stores gave me a 72euros pice for the same balsamic.
They are very inviting and give you free samples because it’s a tourist trap. Please reconsider entering this store around Italy.

I love Nino and Friends products. Some of the chocolates arrived melted, but I received a full refund for those items.

Customs was a nightmare. Nino and Friends ultimately replied to my emails and handled Customs. All of the chocolate was ruined as it was one melted mess. I will absolutely buy from this company, but only in person in Italy. I appreciate their customer service but lost 300 dollars in products. That is not their fault.

Den lækkerste butik i Firenze. Personalet var super søde, og gav god vejledning. Alt jeg smagte på, var utroligt lækkert. Jeg endte med at købe både chokolader, småkager, olie, pesto mm. Jeg kunne have købt meget mere men der var ikke plads i kufferten.

The most delicious shop in Florence. The staff was super nice and gave good advice. Everything I tasted was incredibly delicious. I ended up buying chocolates, cookies, oil, pesto, etc. I could have bought a lot more but there was no room in the suitcase.

We were in their store. Purchased alot of items. Had them shipped home. Did not receive all the items purchased! They will not respond to any inquires. Do not shop here!

Empresa de chocolates increíble. Sabores originales y exquisitos. Personal muy amable y siempre con una sonrisa. A destacar los rellenos de limoncello y los de caramelo salado. Una delicia! y puedes probarlos todos antes de comprar.

Surprisingly disappointing pistachio chocolates. Great samples in store, but when we got them home to enjoy, they were dry and small. Many other chocolatiers have better products. Maybe only buy fresh and not packaged from here?!

We absolutely loved the store and enjoyed trying everything!! I was so excited to purchase some to ship home. Sadly arrived home to a broken seal and it leaked everywhere. Super upset about it, was really looking forward to sharing it with my family. Pesto di pistacchio pomodorino is what was broken.

I'm in the UK , we visited this year and loved there stuff but the website wont work for me.
any suggestions. :(
