Niche Recruitment Omdömen

Niche found me a temporary position with a prestigious company, I was really happy within an organisation that was friendly and professional. Niche have been more then helpful along the way whenever a query needed resolving. I cannot fault the service I had from Niche and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I used Niche 5 years ago to find my current position. I had a great experience meeting with Nick and the team. They made the whole process from interview through to signing on the dotted line a seamless and painless process. If I were ever in the market for a new job again, they would be my first port of call.

Niche were friendly and very helpful and supportive throughout my time working as a temp for them. They went above and beyond in taking care of the team they placed into the client. I could not recommend them highly enough, in fact I have already recommended them to other people looking for work in the Cirencester area. Thank You Niche

Niche recruitment were honestly wonderful at assisting me on getting my job. I’ve been at my job about 7 months now and am so grateful to Niche recruitment for helping me get it. Nick was there throughout the whole interview process and helped to give me tips and advice for succeeding in my interviews. Very happy with the service!

The team were extremely helpful in helping me secure my role, Nick in particular went the extra mile. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking employment as my best interests were kept in mind compared to other recruitment companies.

I used Niche recruitment a few years ago. Thanks to them, I found my ideal job with great colleagues that enabled me to learn and accelerate my career. The interview experience with Niche was very positive and helpful in identifying what I wanted.

Niche helped me secure my first graduate role and offered support and advice every step of the way. I can't recommend them enough. I mostly communicated with Michelle who was always a delight to talk to.

Niche found me a temporary position I was really happy with in an organisation that was friendly and professional and I ended up being really sorry I left (the assignment finished). I cannot fault the service I had from Niche and wouldn't hesitate to use them again

I had an amazing experience with Niche recruitment. Over the years I had touched base with them on multiple occasions, since they had started out and had always been impressed by how thorough they were when matching skills to job roles and communication with both myself and the potential employer.

When they contacted me for the current role I am in( now just over 2 years), I was impressed yet again by how thorough they were when discussing the role with me and how my skills may match it. It was a role I would never had considered previously. I was put forward for interview twice by them and the second time around, was successful.
I picked up a great package with a Government based organisation which gives me lots of potential for career expansion and at the time, job security especially during the pandemic when there was a lot of economic uncertainty. I am now a Line Manager, who has hybrid working which fits around my family well and will be able to consider other moves internally to other teams later to continue gaining more valuable experience, should I wish to!

Thanks so much Niche recruitment!

Great experience with Niche my allocated consultant was Rebecca, quick efficient process. Perfectly matched placement that allowed me to have a balanced work/ life balance.

Niche contacted me about a job I had actually scrolled past as I didn't think I had the necessary experience. They made suggestions of where I could tweak my CV to highlight my strengths that would fit the job and encouraged me to apply as they thought I was the right fit. I was pleasantly surprised to be successful at interview. Niche understand what employers are looking for. Thanks for your help in my job search!

I had a very positive experience with Nick. He was highly engaged, giving of his time and energy and outcome orientated. I'd definitely recommend Niche Recruitment.

Absolutely brilliant team at Niche. Michelle was so helpful and placed me in a fantastic job. Coming out of covid it was extremely difficult for me to find a job that suited my needs in terms of location, salary, culture and position. She managed to find me the perfect job and I’ve loved every minute. I’ve Been here over a year and I’m still growing and developing daily. Very sweet of the team at Niche to periodically check in and see how I’m getting on. Still using my Niche welcome notebook to this day :) Would 100% recommend them!

Nick from Niche got in touch with me back in January about an exciting opportunity. 6 months in, and I part of an amazing company, with lovely colleagues and my professional life has completely stabilised!! Many thanks Nick and team Niche!!

Everyone is so lovely and friendly. They found a great job opportunity for me and helped me get it.

I was supported by Nick back in September 2017 and that’s how I got my very first management related role - the role of my dream. He did a great job encouraging me and giving me tips on how to alter my cv to make it emphasise more on the needed skills and prepare my interview. He even wished me luck and tried to keep me relaxed before the interview :) thanks Nick for everything!

Excellent recruiters, quick communication, very friendly staff and kept me up to date throughout the process

Absolutely fantastic team that eliminated any stigma I had associated with recruitment firms. Had me within my role in a matter of days. Excellent communication and Nick kept me updated throughout. Highly recommend!!

I have had the pleasure of being looked after by Nick & Michelle since I was at university, and successfully placed in some temp roles as a result of their help. I can honestly say I have never come across another recruitment agency like Niche, their service - start to finish - is unique. I always recommend them to anyone I know who’s looking for a job.

Niche have been supportive from the beginning and are always available to help or discuss my journey so far.
Niche approached me with the opportunity to work at SJP, and it wasn’t something I was thinking of myself, but it’s been fantastic! So I’m very grateful for their support in getting me this role, which is leading onto great things for the future.
The team is friendly, welcoming and attentive and it’s lovely to feel supported in my role, by both my team and Niche.
