Newton Group  Omdömen

It was a long process. They kept me updated and in the loop. I didn’t have to be calling them they set up times that would work out for both of us. It is such a relief to know that it’s all taken care of.

From the first interview, I felt good about the work the Newton group would do for me. After explaining my situation due to my spouse's death, the group was sensitive and on top of my case.

They got the job done. Would like to have updates more often.

I am very pleased with the Newton group for getting me out of my Wyndham time share. They are the only group to do what they said. I would trust this group for anything . I am so glad to have had them working for me . Great lawyers . Thank you very much.

Never having gone through this process before, we didn't really know what all was involved.

However, now that it's done....all good, all happy, all is well in our minds regarding Newton Group. We'd easily refer if it comes up.

Newton group turned me over to US Consumers Attorneys and they were not taking any new clients. Diamond Resorts have started harassing me again and Newton Group basically threw me under the bus. I only gave them 2 stars was because they gave me some hope, false hope but hope. Newton Group is just as bad as the rest of them. Takes your money and runs.

Knowledgeable, professional and responsible. I started my process November 2021 and finally August 2022 I was released from my Timeshare responsibilities, nine months but we stayed in touch and they let us know the process is in the works. I understood that the Timeshare Corporates take their time in these type processes but Newton Group was on top of things.

This company truly cares about its clients!

The Newton Group does not have a 100% guarantee. The firm they have used is a ghost. Its been 3 years and the only letter sent out on my behalf was stating they are representing me. When a collections bill came, the lawyer did sent that out as well. However, they haven't reached out to get me out of time share. I asked for my 100% money back guarantee and now they wont call back. They said they would give me $1000 if I would remove these reviews. I said give me half back. nope, only $1000. Do not use Newton Group, They are no better than the time share companies.

The Newton group completely fulfilled its contract to dispose of my timeshare. All communications were informative, keeping me up to date with progress;
Michael was cordial whenever we spoke. I was very pleased with how the Newton Group represented my interests. I highly recommend their services.

We had purchased a time share while in Vegas, not my idea, my wife's. She used it once and I never used it.. We started looking to dump it in 2014 and scammers came out of the wall. Finally we found Newton Group. Although it was time consuming and a little pricey, it was well worth it. Staff was very professional and kept us on the right track when we were skeptical. The final letter came through relieving us of the ownership about 21 months after the process began. I am very grateful, especially to Holly, who was very reassuring whenever we contacted her with a question or concern. In all, it was well worth it to be out of the timeshare ownership game especially since we are not American citizens. Thank you Newton Group, you were awesome!

My experience with Newton as been extremely good.
After meeting with their agent earlier this year, I did not think that exiting from my timeshare would have happened as quickly as it did. I am thrilled to no longer be obligated for yearly expenses. I have been unable to use the timeshares for several years.
The Newton Group has been efficient and professional through the entire process. Thank you.

Was able to get rid of my Time share completely.

I can’t tell you how relieved I am to have this issue resolved so that my children and grandchildren won’t be stuck dealing with it!
Newton Group was very professional in the handling of ridding me of a timeshare.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Newton Group. All people were very professional and followed through with all services.

I appreciated that the Newton Group kept me informed along the way. Wasn't always happy with the attitude of the information gathers but it was well worth the time and effort. We had been taken previously by another company and was gun shy but the original interviewer was very kind and help us to feel secure. I am extremely happy with the results and the timing was impeccable. Would recommend them to all who have time share issues.

Professionally and knowledgably handled this anchor hanging around my wife and my neck over the past 20 plus years.

My experience with the Newton Group was great. Communication was good throughout the whole process, and they were able to get us out of our timeshare in less than 4 months.
I highly recommend the Newton Group.

The Newton Group assisted us in getting out of our timeshare contract. They were always honest and let us know how long it could take. Communication by email was convenient. The only constructive criticism and suggestion I have is for an update each month. However, whenever I sent an email with a question about status I got a response within 24 hours or less.
Thanks to them we now do not have a timeshare and don't have to pay an annual fee for a timeshare we don't plan to use.

I am so happy we went with the Newton Group
They accomplished what they said they would do. I Admit it took longer than I hoped, but they had explained up front sometimes that happens. Staff was helpful, kind and was there to answer my questions. Thank you Rosa & the Newton Group.
