We recently purchased three acoustic wall panels from this company at a cost of £199, after a two week delay on the delivery they finally arrived, two panels were in a box and one cello tape to the outside, after cutting the first panel to fit the wall I opened the box only to find that they were a different colour, the company have said thre is nothing they can do, this is unacceptable.

After my previous experience with Newhallinteriors, they contacted me and resolved the issue(s). Panels exchanged and correct amount received.

Fantastic products at such great value...my only regret is that I didn't buy more of them, I bought the light Grey slat wall panels.

Ordered wall panelling and LED strips in October. Wall panelling arrived 2 weeks late after I had to chase the company. Package arrived having been stood all over with muddy boots - luckily panelling was undamaged. No sign of LED strips. 4 weeks went by, I chased, emailed, rang, left voicemails, when I finally got through (which happened approx once a week after I attempted contact every few days), I was told the same excuse as the week before - ‘issues with stock, they will be sent next week’. The next week goes by, still no delivery information or updates. After over a month of chasing, they said “well if you cant wait, we can refund you”, within a couple of hours of me requesting the refund, the refund was done. I feel like they were never intending on sending the LED panels. Shocking customer service. Glad I actually got a refund and didn’t have to chase for that in the end mind!

Delivery was 8 days late and one panel of five was the wrong colour. I accept that mistakes happen, but do not accept that since 12 November (now 1st December), I have had to send so many emails - this company never answer the telephone - to ask politely when the exchange will take place. I waited in all day on Monday 25th as promised delivery again, and guess what!! Now 1st December and no further forward. Although they send polite emails, sadly every one is another empty promise. Extremely frustrating and they need to stop promising dates and change their delivery company. My advice is to steer clear!

This is my second order from new hall interiors. I ordered 6 Bentley dining chairs. I needed them quickly and the guys went above and beyond to get them to me. Thank you once again.

Awful company, spend a few extra pounds to avoid them.
They also trade as british homes direct, same contact number and business address. I ordered 4 panels and 2 arrived damaged. I have been back and forth over email for 3 weeks, provided pictures of the damage etc. The keep telling me they will collect the damaged panels and replace them but this never happens. I have now asked for a refund 5 times and they are not refunding me. They hardly ever answer the phone and when I finally managed to speak to someone she told me she was new and a manager would call me back which never happened.

Bought wall panels. Quality excellent and original delivery was quick.
Needed extra panels and when received were a slightly different shade. Louise sorted the problem quickly for me and even responded to messages out of office hours. She is a star!

Finally received my wood panels, delivery took a little longer than I expected. A delivery slot was arranged after a week but then cancelled on the day due to “unforeseen issues” i was offered a refund at one point but I told them I would wait, didn’t want a refund I just wanted my goods. It took 2 weeks but not the end of the world.
Good points: great price on the wood panels and my emails were always replied to.
Bad points: Slow delivery, lots of ping pong emails and maybe the operations of the company needs improvement. Overall not a terrible experience.

I ordered panels for my living room. I was then given a delivery day and then on that day I was given a 3 hour time slot. I must say the quality of the panels are very good and the service was also very good. Id highly recommend.

I do not recommend them. I waited over a month for delivery. Finally, when they delivered, part of the panels was a different color and the expensive part was a different color. The order was incomplete. When you file a complaint, they do not respond. I will never buy anything there again.

For anyone else who is thinking of buying from these people...DO IT...excellent quality...excellent service and overall a pleasurable shopping experience from start to finish

Initially i found the delivery time frame to be a bit long, i emailed regards my order and customer communication was efficient. i was advised delivery was moved to a distribution company and i had confirmation from them and had delivery within a few days. overall i was very happy with the product and service
