If I could have given a rating of 0 stars I would have. We had ordered a wardrobe from this company via Debenhams I had an email on the 26/11/25 to say it would be delivered on or before the 1/12/25 which aligned with the delivery information stated at the time of purchase. On the 1/12/25 I received a letter through the door with an EVRI postage label on inside was a letter from this company simply stating what was ordered however no item, I rang them, they said due to the volume of parcels (a bunk bed and 3mattresses) it would be delivered on the 2/12/25 and someone would ring with a time, inconvenient given I had already taken this day off work but these things do happen so gave them the benefit of the doubt, on the 2/12/25 a phonecall to say this would now be delivered ‘sometime this week or next week’ I said that this was not acceptable and I needed it yesterday when it was supposed to be delivered I was then told I would get it before Christmas! A bit more back and forth and I was told they would ring today 3/12/25 with a delivery day, no answer when ringing. The fact that a letter with an Evri label was posted—giving the impression that delivery was attempted or made—appears highly misleading,I can only assume this was done to ensure they meet there SLA’s with Debenhams i still have no goods and no confirmed delivery date. However from Debenhams end this looks like it has been delivered due to the underhanded way in which the shipping label was used! I have contacted Debenhams and am still awaiting a reply which is frustrating.

So in a nutshell avoid this company there integrity is non existent.

Brought Milan sliding doors wardrobe in March 25. Should come with a health &safety document
Parts missing so the doors cannot be fitted correctly so they come of runners .and have fell out onto my granddaughter many times. Contact to company and sent relative paperwork on what Parts that are missing only to be told they are busy and.have a bit of patience. 6 months on still waiting. Think twice before you purchase from this company . Has customer service does not exist. More information that was requested was purchased via Amazon by my daughter in march25 Milan white sliding mirror door 120cm.

Ordered a 250 wide wardrobe from Interior Emporium on Wednesday lunchtime, it was delivered at 8:30pm on the Monday, couriers called the day before delivery and again on the day with time update. Delivered to the room, mirror door packs opened by the couriers to check that not damaged before leaving. Instructions and video aren’t comprehensive; I will point out that the door track slides on to the plastic fittings on the base and the top from the side, so impossible in a restricted space. Other than that all the pieces and fittings were there, it went together ok, very heavy to try and move once complete but that’s probably a good thing. For the price I would say it was good value and it looks great. Had no reason to contact customer service so I can’t comment on them.
More comprehensive assembly instructions would have got them 5*s

Purchased milan wardrobe.great price and good quality product.delivery was within alloted time and delivery guys were carefull on delivery.also communication was very good.have since purchased another wardrobe with same great service.all round professional service.

Luca sofa grey is really nice. The delivery guys did a really good job. Specially Adnan is a very professional and lovely chap. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a wardrobe from interior emporium. Fast delivery service and the delivery drivers even brought it upstairs to my 2nd floor property. Nas, the fitter, came to assemble the wardrobe. Nas was very friendly and reassuring. Arrived promptly as arranged and had the job done quickly and efficiently, 5 star service from him also. I highly recommend interior emporium and their products. I will most definitely be ordering furniture from them again. Really happy with my new wardrobe and it looks stunning in my bedroom.

Adil was very efficient from the very start. He kept me updated during the booking and when they were on the way to bring and assemble my wardrobe. They put it together in a very quick time and answered to all my questions. I can't recommend anyone better. Best customer service in a speedy time. They are true professionals!
