Melissa and Charles were wonderful to work with! They were extremely responsive, easy to work with and thorough. Toward the end things got a little dicey, but Melissa and Charles bent over backwards to get everything finalized and finished. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Can't get a hold of anyone. Had one phone call from "Dani" who is supposed to be my representative. She gave me a phone number that doesn't work and texts that she won't answer. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Jennifer Brown helped me get a loan approved in every step. She made it super easy for me and got me the house I wanted and loved! Not only that but she went above and beyond to help me with other areas of life including issues I had at my job! She's the absolute best!!! If you need anything she is your go to person! Nicest person and super cool! Totally recommend using her if you use neighbors bank!

I am an immigrant, and everything looks way harder and sometimes impossible for us. So, coming from Brazil, from a completely different market, a completely different banking system, all looked very complicated and out of reach. And then I found Neighbors Bank. I got a call from Nathan, and as a lot of calls I was getting for shopping around, I almost didn't pick up. But I decided to do. I was driving, I remember well. And then I started talking to him, and he patiently listening to all my explanation on my dreams, and he said "let's make it possible. Let's start with few things, one step at a time". And from that point on, we started our processes. My wife was in Brazil back then, and everything looked so easy to do. Sent some documentations, got a big pre-approval, and found the dream house for me and my family. We are now with the house bought and in the process of moving. Somethings concerned us through the process and a special Hats Off to Nathan, as he always answered my questions, always calming me down, even during a weekend, on a birthday party. I really liked the way the process was done by Neighbors Bank, but I really LOVED the way Nathan conducted all the way. I recommend Neighbors Bank and Nathan as a representative any day of the week.

What made our experience go so well was the amazing staff, from the underwriters,Justina, and most of all was Mr Jason Reddy,with his patience, knowledge,he continued to care and help us all the way (🏠) through. Buying a home can be stressful and overwhelming but thanks to our loaning officer, Joey Mirth, and our loaning coordinator, Kimberly Ford, our journey was quick, smooth and all around great! We had the best team. They were encouraging, they answered questions and explained things well, and they were always quick to respond. I highly recommend them to any first time home buyers. This was my husband and I first time buying a home and we couldn’t be more stratified with our process. I’m a Veteran who went with them because Veteran United Home Loan they didn’t meet my needs( no options within our budget and they ghosted us). I looked online and saw this company and said why not, talked with my husband and we applied. I will come back to them with future purchases because of the time and detail they gave us. My husband and I were able to get everything we wanted and needed with the loan officer Jason R and help with Alyssa D. We did have a offer fall through with no fault to us but the time, detail care and information they gave us to seek another house and reassure us was worth it. I love our realtor Kelly Dodd for showing us houses til we found the right one as well. To buy your first home is scary but with them I felt secured with them as we planned everything out. Every time I had a question they were quick to get back and walk me through the steps. With this company I will come back and recommend everyone I know to use them for future home purchases. The entire process was so streamlined and easy. Easiest closing I’ve ever had. The team is very transparent, helpful and responsive to every question. They communicated very well & often called me after business hours or on the weekend to answer questions or follow up. Highly recommend

Horrible experience. I’m a first time home buyer and the process dragged on for 6 months. The inspection of the home listed two cosmetic issues but they made me completely gut and fully renovate a bathroom. I was buying the home as is from the seller so this came out of my pocket. No transparency. They requested access to my bank account multiple times. Lied to me about closing fees. They were often times rude on the phone. I ended up stopping the rides bc my house had a tree fall through it. The seller is getting it fixed thanks to insurance and I’m starting the buying process over again with another company. I do NOT recommend this company

We have enjoyed working with this company. There were times when we had questions and they were always prompt in answering them. Wonderful group of people.
