I used Neighbors Bank to help me purchase my first home. I had a great experience with them. They were responsive and answered all the questions I had throughout the process.

The entire team was very helpful and seems to be down to earth. Easy to explain and get answers from. Timezone is way off from mine and they still worked within my time schedule.

The most amazing realtor ever was here. Nikki Scudiero and her transaction coordinator, Kristen Glossy.

Nikki was available no matter what and would go to bat for us if necessary and her transaction coordinator did the communications with the other companies.

Title was handled with Sarah Thomas and Stephanie Smith with Island Title & Escrow agency. They worked with our loan coordinator and our transaction coordinator to clear the title and complete the survey and appraisal that was needed as well as answer any questions.

Home inspection was handled by Daniel Clement’s with Clement’s home inspection. He took the time to walk through each step of the inspection and answer any questions we had.

Best homeowners insurance company is Denton Yorkirons with Brightway insurance and he helped us find the best low cost homeowners insurance.

This company and its team is the place to be when you want to take a step towards a homeowners journey! I wouldn’t complete this journey with anyone else! This is the number one A team! My husband and I couldn’t have done it without any one of them!
