This is an out and out fraud/theft.

Section 15 Theft Act 1968 applies.
They have a convincing but fraudulent website to induce people to part with money without any intention of sending the goods or refunding money.
All the reviews say the same.
This is a criminal enterprise

Placed an order 4th October. Payment taken immediately. Still have not received order items. No response to emails I sent to their customer services. Feel like I have been scammed. Please do not order ftom this company..

This company have had my order for a month and, despite my cancelling it after 14 days (having read the negative reviews here) and received their auto acknowledgement of that, the order was dispatched. I still have no refund and will now need to return the unwanted order at my expense. My usual source of those items was sold out at the time and I took a chance with needundies which turned out to be a waste of time and money. When my go-to company had stock, I ordered through them and received the same items in 10 days and at less cost, before needundies dispatched my supposedly cancelled order. They will have had the benefit of my not inconsiderable amount of money for 6 plus weeks (if they refund me within 14 days if receiving the return) with no effort from them, but I have the time and effort to return the order at my expense.

I placed an order with his company about six weeks ago. So far I have not received my order. I have made several attempts to contact this company and have also requested a refund. So far I have not received any response. I would appreciate a response to my complaint.

Placed an order 4 weeks ago not received anything. I email and get automated response. Asked for a refund . Totally ignored. Do not order from this company.

Avoid. They will steal your money and not send you anything. Made order on 25 Sept and have received nothing. They took money immediately. Have asked for updates several times and attempted to cancel my order via email but had no response. No one answers their phone. I need my money back.

Placed an order 5 weeks ago, payment taken, no goods received, no answer to e-mails or phone calls. I’ve used in the past and always received the goods. Will not be using them again.

Absolutely appalling. Order took 3 weeks to arrive, when it did the goods were damaged due to poor packaging. Two months on I have received no refund.

When I used Needundies in the past received a prompt service and I would have recommended them.
No more. This time I am still waiting delivery after 2 weeks with no explanation.

Awful! Quick to take money and no response to emails or phonecall. Still no goods weeks later

Zero stars… should have read the previous reviews and not placed the order.. They are thieves, take your money and DON’T send the goods.. They don’t reply to you either..

Still waiting for refund of over £70 from July 😡 and still can't get any response.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Money went out of my account immediately. Haven't received the order, sent them a message requiring about dispatch and no reply. Like others I doubt that I will get my order. Do not deal with this company, they are thieves. Disgusting.

Should be zero stars. No order received after 3.5 weeks. Messages on website get automated reply but no further action. Money taken on the day of order. Automated message on phone saying no one available. I doubt I will receive my goods.

After 5 weeks received my goods after credit card company refunded me and billed needundies

Placed an order, heard nothing.Chased the order via e-mail after 10 days. Heard nothing. Have now tried to cancel the order. Zero communication. Zero order. Not feeling confident that I will get my money back. I will be contacting Trading Standards if not.

Have ordered from these before with no issues so placed a £103 order again on sept 15th. This time no delivery, no email, no anything - they don’t even pick up the phone AND they’re still taking peoples money. 🤬😡
With this attitude they deserve to fail.

Ordered a bra on Aug 12 th £34.35 taken and nothing heard since.This used to be a good company
but I won,t use it in future.

I too wish I'd read the reviews. Money taken 15 days ago, no order received, no response to email, no one picking up the phone, no voicemail set up. Has anyone actually received their order?
