Needundies 

As others have said...ordered underwear, realised a week later there was no despatch notification so I phoned, messaged via their message service and no response. No goods arrived. Contacted my credit card company and they said to apply for a refund via their chargeback service...but this can only be done 30 days after the order date. So...I have and reported Need Undies to Action Fraud.

I ordered back in January. I have made contact and received a confirmation of the email but nothing else. I have used needundies successfully in the past, will not be suing them again. if you are new to this company I suggest you go somewhere else

Accepted order, took money but did not ship product. None to answer. Alls and only a circular auto email. Pure scam artists!!!

Not even one star. I placed an order on 9/3 , money was taken the following day, no goods sent and no response to my email.
I have used this compnay succesfully several times in the past but obviously something is seriously wrong. Their website should be closed down.
I will be contacting my bank and Trading Standards.
Please do not place an order with this company.

Sent 4 emails cancelling order - automated response. Tried phoning on several occasions no reply. Part delivery expected today 2 weeks after order . If I want to return I must pay postage. What a useless outfit never again

Avoid this company at all costs.
Order placed and paid for but nothing arrived. Tried to contact via their website contact us form, telephone and email. No reply received so raised a complaint through my bank and got a refund.
I will be reporting them to trading standards and urge others who have received similar treatment to do the same.

Ordered goods to value of £46. goods not recieved. phone directs you to website. no reply i have left four messages.

Company is Eaglewick Ltd.
Directors Andrew Stephen and Elaine Needham need to be located. i would like to know their address

Scumbag scam murchants

Total SCAM. Returned some of the order over a year ago, they don't give the refund and you just waste the courier fee. I've tried to dispute it with my bank but they are useless too!!!!

Placed order over a month ago. Received a small parent of order. Have contacted through website but no response. AVOID!

Placed an order on 10/01/2025 and have chased and contacted them by email on several occasions but have had no response and no sign of my order over 2 months later.

Ordered 01 March 2025 money taken straight away. 3 weeks later no goods received requested refund no response. Don't answer contact form requests. I am going to try and get money back through bank. Absolutely disgusted with this company. SCAM avoid.
Update on above have contacted my bank they have refunded my £87.55 pending an investigation with the company. Would advise others do the same.

Please, please don't buy from this company. One month on, no contact and no goods. Money taken day after payment made. Now having to try and reclaim my payment from my bank. Moral of this story is, don't use a company you have never used before without checking the reviews. A hard lesson learnt.

My Mum ordered from this company. As with many other comments here, money taken immediately. No goods arrived. Chased several times by online submission and telephone. Despite their assurance that they respond within 24 hours - nobody does. It’s also an automated answering message by telephone. Their website encourages you to either send an email directly to A Needham, or write to them, but he doesn’t answer either. It doesn’t seem possible to make contact with a person.

Terrible service. Steer clear. I would urge people to raise a dispute with their financial provider as you really have no other way of getting your money back, and you may live in hope that you will receive your goods, but think highly unlikely.

TOTAL SCAM deserves zero stars. I agree with all the other comments / reviews They took my money immediately as soon as my order was confirmed. Now over 3 months later my order has NOT been delivered. I have submitted 3 online contact forms with no replies received. They do not answer the phone at all - have tried several different times during the day. No refund, explanation or apology given. Dreadful company, take money but no goods, they won’t answer any contacts, I am planning on reporting them to Trading Standards. They are a complete SCAM

Would give no stars if possible.They take your money and then you never heat from them again. No items received no answer from phone, no answer from website. Had I seen reviews beforehand I would not have ordered from them.This company should be avoided at all costs!

I would rate lower if I could. As with all the other posts, I placed an order, received an automated reply, and the money was taken immediately. I have not received anything, I since cancelled the order, still nothing and no one answering the phone. Disgusting !!!

This company is a joke. Based in Pontefract, not China, you’d expect better. They do not answer their phone and instruct you to use the email contact form. They don’t answer these either.
I have been trying to get a response for over two weeks about an order placed for four bras of which only one has arrived with not a mention of where the other three are and when I might expect them.
I am a business owner myself and have no idea how they get away with this appalling service.
Looking at their star rating and reviews I really should remember to check TP before placing an online order.
In the meantime I will just have to wonder when, if ever, I will receive the bras I ordered SIX WEEKS AGO!
