I am saving considerably on my energy bills since switching to Nectr almost two years ago. Was originally nervous about leaving the energy provider I had been with for 30 years, but I couldn't be happier. My bills have reduced despite increases in the cost of living. This is partly because of my move to Nectr but also because they very clearly explain the Peak, Off Peak and Shoulder times on each bill and if you modify your behaviour you can save heaps. Only have ever had 1 issue (a monthly bill failed to issue due to data from my smart meter not transmitting close to my invoice date). All sorted by the very pleasant telephone operator (Allen) on the Nectr hotline who raised a ticket with their billing department for investigation. Easy to get through to Nectr by phone with very little wait time.

I had difficulty understanding my bill, and Jaybie was very helpful, responding to several questions and clarifying the information for me. Jaybie also helped me with an earlier request for more regular billing.

I HAVE NOW LEFT NECTR DUE TO THE COMPANY ONLY TAKING ON SOLAR IF YOU BUY THEIR SOLAR AND PAY IT OFF SO I HAVE GONE TO RED ENERGY
I was absolutely shocking as it took 2 days for me to get answers from Nectr for refunding and they billed me and customer service was no good...It took 10 phone calls in 48hrs .
I was not happy refund is still not in my account

It was horrible customer service treatment. We were put on the wrong plan. Charged at a higher rate than other customers. I saw this when I compared our bill with those I know who are Nectr customers. Different kw/hr rate. Attempted a resolution, and got put on the plan we should have been put on in the first place. Achieved a credit to bill resolution. Then got a phone call to say they cancelled that resolution. So had to pay a hugely overpriced bill and no resolution.
First class company to have as supplier, Never had a problem since signing up.
Afternoon, I had a problem understanding on what dates I should read my meter. I was in contact with jimar after a couple of emails, backwards and forwards, he explained everything to me with these. He was a very helpful.
Krizza was extremely helpful when explaining options and plans for us to consider. She answered all my questions quickly and in a manner that made it easy for me to understand. Thanks to her assistance the choice to switch to NECTR was an easy one

We moved into a property and chose Nectr for electricity. No power upon taking possession and have had to constantly chase them up to get connected for a whole week. After 3 days and me chasing multiple times, was told that power looked active their end and to call the distributor. Distributor then informed no request to connect received. Multiple more calls throughout remainder of the week and finally had to resolve issue myself with the Distributor as Nectr clearly couldn't. I would never recommend Nectr.
Christine's customer service was easy to contact and got back to me quickly. She provided everything I needed to know with the connection of electricity to the premises

Jaybie and the Nectre team have been fantastic with the service and prompt change over from our previous provider. I can’t speak on the actual charges yet, but based on the electricity charges in the agreement, I am definitely getting a cheaper deal, than I was with my previous provider. Highly recommend.

I am a new customer with Nectr and had an email which said I could be on a better plan. So I followed up and spoke with Ran who gave me a new plan and answered my questions about my account. I felt that this was lovely service and I was well directed by Ran through the steps of getting the new plan.
