Excellent Customer service

My Honeybee after a year had a problem, I contacted customer service and once they understood the problem, they sent me a new Honeybee in less than a week. What can I say, excellent customer service. Top 🔝

Horrendous Service!

This may be slightly long.. but hopefully saves potential customers before ordering.

Atrocious Fake product ordered directly from NectarHex seller on Amazon. These fake useless dosage pods EXPAND and get stuck in the Hex device. When removing the pod from device, the pod gets stuck and the lid pops off everytime, rendering this product useless with alot of mess everywhere. This issue can cause your Hex Vapouriser to short out and voids warranty, as you have to insert a pin on the side of the expanded pod to remove.
When calling Customer Support (CHRISTIAN - E-Commerce/Customer Support Manager) was absolutely useless, they already know about this defective product and stated that they have changed their design, which causes the pod capsules to expand inside the vapouriser device. (Why are you still selling this then?!) The only pod that works ok, is the one supplied with the device, however Christan said they dont sell the orginal pods separately and its only the fake expanding pods that can be purchased separately. CHRISTIAN stated that customers should order direct from Nectarvapes website as they have a better quality product, than the pods distributed from Amazon. I explained that this is wrong, as I ordered directly from the Nectar seller on Amazon, but was told that they are aware of the problem but as i hadn't ordered direct from Nectar website, theres nothing they can do and will just feedback my problem to the design team. This is NOT how to market/sell a product, nor is this a way to treat customers, who have invested in your company.
When purchasing this product, it had 5 star review. After using it for a few days, I checked again and had seen 3 Negative reviews from customers who also had the same problem, with pods getting stuck and expanding. However, these negative reviews were deleted a few days after.. I wonder how long my honest review will stay up for..? (If it does miraculously dissappear, il just upload it on TrustPilot)
As seen in the images, the original pod on the left and this fake useless product on the right. Wrong sized pods, wrong sized holes, wrong material! Buyers please be aware, before purchasing anything from this company!

I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve had with your dosing capsules — I completely understand how frustrating that must be, and it’s certainly not the kind of experience we aim to provide.

The change in materials was made in order for our medical use applications, mainly food grade aluminium being safer than stainless steel.

That said, we truly value your feedback and have passed your comments along to our product team for further review. Although we're not able to provide a warranty replacement, we’d still love to assist in any way we can.

Crooks

Made an order [Order #52673](28 April 2024) and didn't receive it. No response from the company. These folks are thieves.
They must have got kicked of Amazon where I did have successful orders in the past. Says they had bad reviews on there as well.
Stay away!

UPDATE: my answer to your response from 2 days ago; you did NOT send an email to me on April 29. I checked my junk folder as well.
How about you send me the product I paid for or refund my money; and we call it a day?

Did not receive product but was charged for it. States returned even though no return request was made. Was not refunded either. Basically got robbed and cannot contact the business. Steer away before you make the same mistake

The Apex of Medical Grade Vaporizers

On October of 2023, I purchased my first Nectar Medical Vaporizer. It is the Nectar Platinum. I absolutely love this vaporizer. Easy to use, clean, charge and vaporizes flower to perfection. I cannot sing it enough praises. It’s a beast. No plastic parts. The heating chamber, battery compartment and electronics compartment are all separate. Making this one of the safest vaporizers out there. Only to be out done by its upgraded brother, the Nectar Hex, which brings me to my most recent purchase from Nectar Medical Vapes. I loved my Platinum so much, I decided to buy the Nectar Hex. Wow! Just when I thought it couldn’t get better. Nectar Hex, in my opinion is the apex of personal dry herb vaporizers. From its round 24k gold plated heating chamber and its marveling electronic display this thing is so well built and designed you couldn’t ask for a better medical grade vaporize. The vapor delivery of the Nectar Hex is incredible with an airflow adjustment at the bottom of the unit and three session timers to choose from: 3, 6, 9 minute intervals. The vapor quality is exceptional. I find my flower to be very much improved in flavor, cloud volume and best of all effect. In your hand, this thing feels solid with some heft to it. You can feel the quality when you hold it in your hand. I vape a lot and the Nectar Hex, is without a doubt a very solid purchase that will undoubtedly, impress the most discerning dry herb vape aficionado. I highly recommend both the Nectar Platinum and Nectar Hex.

Cleaning Caused Sensor to Break!!!

I said: My Nectar Platinum Dry Herb Vaporizer shows a “sensor error” and won’t turn on. I’ve just cleaned it very carefully following the instructions in your video.

They said: Hi there! Thanks for reaching out and we deeply apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, if the device shows sensor error, it means that the electronics inside may have been damaged due to being brushed too hard. This needs to be replaced already.
Given the purchase date, I'm sorry to say this but your device is already out of warranty.

I said: Will I need to buy a new one it's not even 3 years old and it's only been used maybe 30 times.

They said: Yes, since we're not able to replace out of warranty devices. The chamber might have been brushed too hard.

On your website you describe your products as; “Nectar is a leading online dry herb vaporizer store – our products are becoming increasingly popular, setting themselves as a gold standard in product quality”

I think it's reasonable to expect them to last more than 3 years with very light use and not be damaged by cleaning.

I've had cookers, ovens, fridges, dishwashers, dryers, kettles, and toasters all last over 10 years but for a small £100 vape apparently, it is unreasonable of me to expect it to last very long.

I'm sure you can decide how you want to spend your money.

A warranty claim is a separate thing from Consumer protection legislation which provides that;

Satisfactory Quality: Goods must be of a standard that a reasonable person would expect, considering their description, price, and any statements made by the seller. This includes being free from defects, fit for purpose, and durable.

Right to Redress for Faulty Goods:
Short-term right to reject (within 30 days): If goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, consumers can claim a full refund within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
Right to repair or replacement (up to six months): After 30 days, consumers can request a repair or replacement of faulty goods. This must be done within a reasonable time and at no cost to the consumer. The trader can choose which remedy to offer.
Right to a price reduction or final right to reject (after one repair or replacement): If a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, or disproportionately expensive, the consumer can claim a price reduction or a full refund (in most cases, with a deduction for usage).

My point is the above applies the goods where not of satisfactory quality and were not durable.

Because of that, we’re unable to process a warranty claim at this time. I know that’s not the outcome you were hoping for, especially given how little use the devices have had, and I truly appreciate your understanding.

Nectar’s Suite of Devices: A Journey of Trust and Quality

My journey with Nectar began with the purchase of the Honeybee device, which quickly became my favorite 510 device among several brands I’ve tried. The heated chamber function is a standout feature that I absolutely adore.

The impressive performance of the Honeybee piqued my curiosity about Nectar’s other offerings, leading me to discover the Hex vaporizer. The team’s professional and prompt responses to my inquiries via WhatsApp instilled in me the confidence to make the purchase. Having used the pen multiple times, I can attest to its excellence—it rivals, if not surpasses, its main competitor (priced at £399), with its rapid heating capability.

Encouraged by my positive experiences with Nectar’s devices and their stellar customer service, I’ve recently acquired the Hive device for my wife, who prefers milder oils. I’m optimistic that it will live up to the high standards set by its predecessors.

Un incubo

Il 19/02/2024 ordino una custodia e un bubbler, mi rispondono che la custodia è out of stock e che ci vorranno 2 settimana per averla e mi chiedono se voglio prima il bubbler e poi la custodia o un rimborso.
Rispondo che va bene dividere in due l'ordine.
Da lì in poi mail, messaggi whatsapp e mesi di attesa.
Il 29/2 si dimenticano già di me, arriva il bubbler e fine.
La settimana scorsa mi rispondono che si sono dimenticati il mio rimborso.
A oggi non so ancora se mi hanno rimborsato o altro.
Dopo varie scuse non so ancora niente .

Almeno una custodia potevate mandarmela, altro che scuse.

E niente vedremo cosa succederà.. se avranno la decenza di non arrivare a 2 mesi di attesa.

Roba da matti.

Incredible customer service and products

This company go above and beyond when it comes to ensuring their customers are happy. The products themselves are brilliant and affordable, but the cherry on top is how responsive, helpful and friendly the customer support are. Highly highly recommend Nectar.

11mois sans fumer.... merci .SAV excellent j ai eu un nouveau en quelques jours après une panne . Goût top .pile interchangeable. Je tourne avec 4 piles rechargeables. Et 240° vraiment à la limite de la combustion .après bientôt un an je reste en dessous de 225 .et en cas de galère n importe quel chargeur de smartphone et c est reparti même en charge. J ai presque envie de devenir vendeur j ai converti quelques potes déjà. Merci l équipe

The Nectar Platinum herb vaporizer is an excellent choice, really. I've been using it lately and I'm impressed with how easy it is to get the most out of it. The size is perfect, it's not bulky at all and it has a super elegant design, so I can take it everywhere without attracting much attention.
