Meh Okay product. Very bad after sales
I have purchased two of the platinum dry herb vapes.
I have only used them approximately 20 times.
They are overheating and intermittently working.
I mentioned this and was fobbed off. Told everything was my fault.So please accept a truthful review.
They are not of merchantable quality and the after sales I received was very bad.

I’ve looked into your case, and unfortunately, as the devices are already outside of the warranty period when you reported the issue. Because of that, we’re not able to process a warranty claim at that time. I completely understand this isn’t the resolution you were hoping for, especially considering the issues you've mentioned and how little they’ve been used.
That said, we do take product feedback seriously, and I’ve passed your comments along to our product team to review. While we can’t offer a warranty replacement, we’d still love the chance to help in some way — whether it’s a discount on a replacement or advice on troubleshooting, we're here to support you however we can.

Fantastic company. I have had their older vapes and parts right up to the newest (Nectar Hex) and they have all been of a high standard/top quality materials. I have also spoken with customer service in the past and they were amazing. Very friendly. I'm a happy customer and I highly recommend purchasing from Nectar.

When I was asked to review my order it hadn't arrived and now 6 months later you are still hassling me to remove the review, which was correct at time of post. Go away. If you had been honest about the delivery times in the first place !

Frais de port exponentiels
Bientôt 1 an après l’achat du Hex que j’apprécie beaucoup, je me suis rendue sur le site pour commander quelques pièces de rechange sujettes à l’usure.
J’ai constaté en validant mon panier que les frais de port étaient particulièrement élevés et pour cause, les frais de port de £6.99 vers la France sont multipliés par le nombre d’articles commandés.
Si je commande 1 filtre de rechange pour mon vapo je dois payer £6.99 de frais de port, si je commande 3 filtres, je dois payer £6.99x3 soit £20.97 de frais de port.
Pensant à un dysfonctionnement du calcul automatique des frais de port, j’ai contacté le service client et il m’a été rétorqué que c'est normal et que c’est la faute du transporteur qui les facture pour chaque article et que c’est hors de leur contrôle. Ah bon…
Donc 3 articles de quelques grammes envoyés par le même expéditeur dans un même colis = 3 fois les frais de port à payer.
Jamais vu ça.

Used my Nectar hex approx 10 times and the mouthpiece broke off in my hand, no drops or turning the mouthpiece. What an experience I had with support who said I needed to send video of mouthpiece which I did and also attached the invoice. I was told that it's not covered under warranty as it's classed as a consumables like the gauzes. So I learned a lesson today, stay clear of nectar medical vapes who are at best dreadful.The guy on support told me it broke because it gets hot and is a problem, I was told I need to purchase a new mouthpiece but they have been out of stock for a while. Stay away from these rip off merchants.

Excellent customer service
Bought the Honeybee 2.0 vape from Amazon, it broke a few months later but reached out to Nectar via WhatsApp and after some troubleshooting they sent me a brand new device. Great customer service, hope this new device lasts.

I had purchased a necter platinum and been using it daily for a few months before the battery compartment started having an issue of not closing correctly. Got in contact with staff at Nectar, explained what the issue was and after receiving easy to follow instructions, I had received a replacement within a few days, haven't had an issue since. The product itself is easy to use and simple enough to clean, holds enough for a high end of typical dosing which would be easier again if dosing capsules were avaliable for the gold and platinum series. Deffenatly have and would recommend for a good and easy daily use vaporizer, that doesn't break the bank.

I have the nectar gold dry herb vape. It works very well and is good value for money. When I did have an issue with it they honoured their guarantee and sent a replacement very swiftly. I've been through many vapes over the years, hence I was looking for a company the would honour a guarantee of I did have issues. Their customer service is very good would definitely recommend.
