Well, I thought it was broke at first. Then I found a very detailed instructions from a different site. I have a cheap flip phone that I call my parents and any business I need to take care of and I'm sure other people asked where the instructions are and a card with the scan box on it to get the directions on the phone is not me. I don't scan those things. So put a small one in so people know how to remove the bottom, and button pressing, to turn it on/off. And on the instruction manual put at front full manual online at "whatever will take you straight to instructions."

Item was sent but not received. Have raised the issue but no outcome as of yet. Hoping to get this sorted one way or another soon.

I have owned 2 (technically 3 including a replacement) Nectar Vaporizers over the last 5 years, but unfortunately cannot recommend the products.

My first was a Nectar Platinum, and I had an issue after around a year/year and a half whereby the rubber part inside the chamber (at the top connecting it to the plastic body) degraded, and it was letting off a bunch of chemicals with a sour taste, so obviously couldn't be used any longer as it was not replaceable. I contacted customer support over this and they were great at replacing the device, but I didn't use it for long before I started getting worried about the rubber part degrading again, as it was a potentially dangerous design flaw. As they were good with replacing it, I noted this flaw had been resolved for the HEX model, so got that instead.

Now this one lasted for 2 and a half years before the display suddenly stopped working. Within that time the rubber part in the lid started degrading and leeching chemicals/impacting the taste, so I sought to replace it. The company for some reason does not offer an option to buy a multipack of the rubber seals, you are forced to spend £10 on 1 rubber part with bundle of replacement parts, most of which will never be needed. This is problematic and started to change my opinion on the company as a whole.

I did reach out to customer support to ask if they could offer any help with the display problems (doesn't come on at all so can't see the timer, temperature, battery level, etc), but as my device is out of warranty, they wouldn't. As I have owned £300 of their vapes in the last 5 years, and neither of them lasted more than 2 and a half years at most, I will not be making another purchase with this company.

Edit: I have now purchased a PAX Plus, and I'm very happy with it. The design alleviates all the problematic/unsafe features of the Platinum & HEX, it's much quicker and easier to clean, has a much longer 10-year warranty, and it's also a much more attractive design. I would advise those looking for a dry herb vape to avoid Nectar's products.

Order sat for almost 6 months. No follow-up unless I emailed them several times. Kept giving vague answers to when it would eventually be fulfilled. Products are great, but fulfillment needs work.

The refilling rig is an absolutely essential accessory to the Hex dosing system. Save yourself hassle & get one.....simple loading when you're suffering is great, no fiddling about just put your medical herb in the grinder & hey presto loaded capsules. Looks cool too 😎

I love it, it definitely enhances taste,perhaps because there's no plastic.
This is me for a few years now, I won't get better value than this for £170, there's no way there's a vape twice as good as this, as prices may suggest.

I have the Nectar Hex which is a fantastic dry herb Medical vape, excellent temperature control and great construction and materials. The loss of a star comes down to the cost of accessories. The kit I originally bought came with high quality stainless steel capsules the set I bought after were low quality aluminium and we're not cheap. As is the combination grinder capsule loader, it's well made and looks nice and is definitely functional but it's really expensive. Delivery was next day.

I’ve been really impressed with the Nectar Gold Dry Herb Vaporizer. The vapor is smooth, flavorful, and consistent, but what really makes this thing stand out for me is how easy it is to use and keep clean, especially if you use the pod system (sold separately for 20 quidish) — loading is quick, there’s way less mess, and cleaning takes almost no effort compared to other dry herb vapes I’ve owned.

Great products that are both good in value and performance. The nectar hex is amazing, has all the premium features everybody wants. External battery, large chamber, quick ramp up time, durable. The gold and platinum are both amazing too.

Great device

For the price , the cost of delivery and the ridiculous bloody plastic bag the item came in, kind of a joke. It fits the device well, but considering the product came in a bag 1/2 the size of a credit card , the 15cm plastic bag for delivery at 3.49 wound me up. Use one of those tiny 3cm envelopes next time.

This device delivers the desired experience without burning, letting me fully enjoy my herb. Exceptionally reliable. Don't think twice. I suggest getting additional gauzes, caps, and resin traps to avoid daily cleaning marathons.

For a product coming from the UK, I'd say they did a STUPENDOUS job at getting the package to me quickly. Thanks guys!💪
