The Nectar Hex is a great Vaporizer
The Nectar Hex is a great, robust device, backed up by A1 customer support.
The thing I love about the hex is that i am able to heat my herb to just the right temperature, which provides for a smooth vaping experience.
I did have a problem with my Hex, just before it ran out of warranty. Contacted NMV who asked me to send a video of the issue, and they posted me out a replacement. Can't say fairer than that!
If your going to get a new Vape, check these guys out as they are great!

Took my money and didn't post out
I purchased a £120 dry vape. They didn't post out, when I rang to ask why they said that my payment hadn't completed ( wrong) so I paid for another.
I checked with my bank and both payments had completed, yet nectar still denied this. I had to file a complaint with the bank and get a payment reversal, which nectar tried to object to.
I could prove from the start that's both my payments went thru, but nectar were so unhelpful. They wouldn't look past their 'faulty' system and check their bank. Instead, I had the stress and hassle of getting my payment reversed.
Not nice or helpful staff/manager.
Avoid and buy elsewhere

The Hex is a sturdy build
The Hex is a sturdy build, tho' the mouthpiece takes a while to master - it tries to pop out.
I'm not all that happy to be inhaling fumes from a heated aluminum vessel. Feels like someone is cheaping out given the cost of the capsules.
Slow ground delivery also seems wrong for an expensive product.

Nectar Hex, Unlucky?
Built well and feels quality. However the customer service is not that great and hardly responsive if you’re in the US. I cannot speak for UK customers. My device barely works. I’ve been trying to use it the last couple days but it just cooks the flower and produces no vapor. Maybe I’m just unlucky with this unit but it doesn’t get the job done even remotely close.

It was my second dry herb vaporizer and I’m just in love with it. I can perfectly feel the taste of my medical cannabis and some other herbs that I vaporise for health benefits. Replacebe battery is what I also love about my Nectar Platinium. Whenever my battery is dead I can replace it in no time and effort. I would highly recommend this device to anyone who likes to feel the taste of their herbs and for those who use those kind of devices a lot (replaceable battery).

What a great experience!
What a great experience! One of my items was out of stock and they contacted me immediately to sort it and get my order out. I’m not usually a fan of portable vapes as I prefer the power of a table top unit, but the HEX is legit! Extremely well built, easy to use and very enjoyable sessions on the go. DO NOT sleep on the refilling rig, it is an amazing design and a must purchase!

My last review of my nectar gold vape…
My last review of my nectar gold vape was 5 star. I needed some more gauzes and that's it. And I had to pay £10 to get 2 gauzes because you won't sell them separately without unneeded replacement pieces added. The gauzes don't last that long and having to pay £10 a time for them just seems extortionate. All other things were fine. Fast delivery and quality product. So for that reason this time I'm only giving my recent purchase a 3 star. You should be able to buy the gauzes separate at a lower price

Good vape, good company
It's my 3rd vape from this firm . I had a gold vape, then i got the platinum and now ive got the hex. If I had to buy another vape tomorrow it would be the hex again.
You get a 2 year warranty and I can vouch that they're as good as their word.Mine recently developed a fault, after a short conversation on WhatsApp they sent me a new 1 out.

Great aftercare
The device itself was as described and worked well but what really impressed was the aftercare,namely a no quibble replacement when the charging unit started playing up.

Good service and product
Fast over the weekend correspondence. Didn't have one item in stock, I was give the option to wait a couple of weeks or a refund. I got my refund back in two days and my main purchase arrived in 5 it was due is 7. Happy with my purchase two it work brilliantly and is good value for money, the only one like it to buy here was twice the price.
