My orders are always delivered quickly. I had an issue with the sticks that I received and contacted customer service. Well, they are top notch. I got a good response from the team and and the issue was resolved immediately. I am usually really happy with the product and want to continue using it so the outcome was brilliant.

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding your NEAFS Stick products with batch code 25061801.
There is a clear and consistent issue with this batch. The products produce little to no smoke, have an extremely unpleasant taste, and emit a strong mold-like smell. This is not a minor defect—it makes the product completely unusable.
Despite this, these products are still being sold in Dublin, and no recall has been issued. I currently have more than 10 packs from this batch, which have been sitting unused for months due to these defects.
I have already submitted a complaint through your website form, but I have received no response or follow-up.
I would like to ask directly:
Why are you not recalling the defective products from batch 25061801?
This situation is unacceptable.

I have had incredible customer service. It has been many years since I switched from cigarettes to Neafs (after 30 years of smoking). I have had 2 problems with the company so far. First I had a payment and delivery problem which was resolved quickly and efficiently by the company people, but the reason I am writing this review is because of the second problem. I ordered sticks and I did not receive the usual quality. I sent an email to the company and after 1-2 days the solution arrived. One of the company people came to me personally and replaced the wrong product. I have never experienced such a level of professionalism in customer service from any company. I would like to thank Richard in particular for the high standards he represents in relation to his company.

I wrote a review 3 days ago and only gave 1 star even though on prior orders everything has been fab. I want to now upgrade my review to 5 stars 🌟 even higher if I could, Richard King had been in touch and sorted it. Thank you incredible fantastic service I can now carry on with my Neafs what I have been using for 2 years and the only thing to ever work after 40 years of smoking prior to these.

I have been a very loyal customer using Neafs with no problem up to now.
I have ordered sticks and paid on 22nd January and money has come out of my bank, not pending, in completed transactions. However, order on their website still in process. I was unable to open a ticket on their website, as it was before, after filling form there is No option to actually send this form. when I’ve tried to go through support link, it brings me to the page with my points. So annoying. I have emailed to support*neafs.com also send request Neafs on their website via contact form with No reply from them.
I am not happy as I didn’t get any refunds on my money paid for order , don’t have product which I have ordered and no comment from anyone at NEAFS. Very disappointed, unhappy customer. :-( the reply from company representative on my review here - just useless, as I already mentioned that I have sent email to support@ beads.com - no response!

I placed an order on January 17, 2026 on for a device and two packs of sticks. More than a week later, the order is still marked as “processing” with no shipping confirmation.
I contacted Neafs multiple times through their website contact form and also sent several emails and message on Facebook but I have not received any response at all.
At this point, there has been no delivery, no update, and no customer service communication. Very disappointing experience, especially for a paid order. I would not recommend ordering unless customer support and delivery reliability improve.
